We really enjoyed the peace and comfort. The facilities were good and the view was great. A very pleasant counterpart to massive holiday resorts.

Eliza garantees great places to stay. Very special and creative locations. All arranged perfectly. Price/quality very good. The app provides all information you need while travelling.

Pand top dollar for a house (villa Coral de Luxe) which was rundown. Any questions on my part were answered with: contact the owner (which was the nearby hotel). In short, it wasn't worth the money

Its a sunweb vacation (owner of eliza), but expensive. They book the cheapest tickets (no handluggage trolleys allowed, they had to be checken in) we signed the Rental contract for the car in the back of a car at a public parking place, as they used a more shady company. Maybe because they forgot to book the automatic car we asked for in the booking which I only found out because I called them.

The house was beautyfull, but I could have Booked the same holiday, same holiday house with a better car and a better tickets for 500 euro les (25% of the total price).

I am deeply disapointed. Eliza's reaction is 'this is covid, not our fault' but the more reputable compagnies had a booth on the hire car parking garage. We payed 500 euro for a scratchen up hiyundai i10 with a broken Electronic key.signed in an old red car with a hole cut in the side where you could drop the key on return.

Casa du Mer: what a vieuw! There are 2 climate controls wich you don't need. The weather's like paradise. It is absolute private and the casa is beautiful and build with local materials.It has 5 private spots to relax private at only 1 casa. For holiday's complete. White towels/ bathropes very clean. Nice and friendly staff. Miranda restaurant diners down/right from the hill for excellent diners.(of course there are plenty more)
No massa tourisme, Just you on the mountain. Clean jacuzzi with fress water. The casa is covid/19 certifited clean with labels.
The backoffice from Eliza helped personly with Spanish health/documents with lots of patience. Our second trip with Eliza: its works! Thanks and greatings to Cayetano.

Luxurious and well maintained villa. The filters of the private pool were cleaned every day. The swimming pool was also equipped with an air handling unit and the robot went into the water every other day to clean the walls and bottom of the pool. Never seen and experienced such a clean pool. Dear Olga took care of the daily cleaning, fresh towels and made your bed. Every day she asked if you wanted something extra cleaned. Furniture looked neat with a sufficiently equipped kitchen and nice bathroom with walk-in shower and good lighting. Pleasant contact with host Stavros if you texted or called with a question, he’d always immediately returned my call. I had a super relaxed time. Really a recommendation! Thank you Stavros for the wonderful time in your beautiful, cozy villa and Olga thank you for your care and attention.

This was my first experience with Eliza was here and I am very excited about this organization! All well organized, the emails, the app is also super handy to use, and also the information about traveling with Covid19.
I already have another hotel in my favorites.

Everything is easy with Eliza: booking, communication, information. Their app is not only a handy guide, but has every information that you need for your trip and stay.
Accommodation was exactly as described, flight and car rental had no frills. Highly recommended, will use again!

Everything via Eliza was here was amazing. From the booking to information about the flight schedule and accomodation, everything was on point. Using the app is very easy and every document you need was easy to reach. You get constant updates and reminders, so you can't forget anything. We will be using Eliza was here again.

We've already done quite a few trips organized by Eliza was here. We've always had very good experiences. We choose them especially because of the places they offer. Quiet, off-road places with high quality facilities in beautiful locations in the Mediterranean. Sometimes we plan our whole trip ourselves, but this year, because of Covid, we wanted to have everything covered and organized in case of any issues. We're happy we did. Not only did we have a wonderful 12-day stay in Azzure Vista apartements in Zakynthos (Greece), but also all the communication leading up to the trip was perfectly organized.

Perfect arrangement of my holiday. Very clear in all communication, including the complicated things we had to do for Corona. Kept me updated all the time with clear instructions. Everything went perfect.

We had a wonderful holiday with Eliza was here in Toscane by Montebelli resort. They have a good service, good information and places where not everyone’s comes. Montebelli resort is an agriturismo with a lot of private terrain where you can hike short distance (2-5 km) Nice view over the wine hills and olive trees. Nice little villages in the neighbourhood. Very good restaurant with excellent wines!

Very well organized. We had a wonderful holiday with Eliza was here. Great accommodation and beautiful surroundings.

Hospitality with a capital H

These two lovely ladies Anthoula and Nadia provided/ are a warm welcome from the very start (with a drink and bite and a virtual tour on the island) of our holiday till the end. I never experienced something like this before. I felt seen, heard and appreciated. They do everything they can to fulfill your needs and wished and all to facilitate a relaxing time. Together with the rest of the family, their husbands, kids and (grand)parents, they make you feel at home and realize again the power of friendliness and a heartfelt smile. Usually I find it hard to acclimate somewhere. Seeing other and changing rooms are my reaction to that. Now I felt connected right away which accelerated my landing.
The poolside looks like a magazine, beautiful, lovely details and clean, just like the rooms. The kind cleaners come everyday and make the room beautiful and new again. We had a small and cosy kitchenette in the closet which we used for cooking lunch. A lot of times after a day of adventure on the beautiful peaceful island (visiting beaches, renting a boat), we decided to eat in/ at home at Villa Olga and enjoyed a delicious dinner of the day. We are vegan and they know how to prepare nutritious and yummy meals for us. We felt special and I am sure all the other guests did too.
We look forward to go back (we wished we could stay for another month). We both like and thrive at quiet places and that is what you get and so much more. Ah and finally let me mention the hammock area at sea just behind the villa. A place to read, relax, be, with a constant breeze. I love to do my morning walk there on the path with the sea at two sides.

I’ve booked several holidays with Eliza and every time it is great. The service is perfect as well as the lovely locations! I definitely will book my next holidays with Eliza again.

Great personal travel advice in times of corona and even in these times it was easy to stay in touch with them.
