The score is because of a very good appartment and good host. The communicatie with Eliza was here was difficult. The info gave another desciption of the location of our appartment (Not ground floor but 1st floor). And we paid for 4x4 car but the renting company had no 4 x 4. Don't put that option on the site.

Booking of our studio with small kitchen, flight and car, was easy, exactly as was promised on the website. Quiet location yet in walking distance op restaurants, bars and clubs. Nice beaches and beach clubs easy to reach by car.
Friendly and helpful personnel at Diamond Village at Crete (Piskopiano, Kreta). Their new "stone villas" with private pools look beautiful too!

Dit was onze eerste keer om bij Eliza was here te boeken. Heel goed bevallen! Super fijn en gemakkelijk te boeke met alles in een ( vlucht, verblijf en auto huur met all risk verzekering)! Het verblijf Harvest Moon op Kefalonia was bijzonder goed!
The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Beautiful location, big and clean rooms, small hotel, very quiet and cosy! We really recommend Harvest Moon for everybody, they make your vacation happier and more special! We really want to come back, also because of the delicious Greek food Maria made!!

This is the best accommodation we have stayed by far!
The villa is excellent! The swimming pool is amazing! The staff is very welcoming and ready to help us! The house has 3 outstanding bedrooms with suites. The bedroom in the first floor has Seaview and it has a huge terrace!
The kitchen is big and it has: oven, 4 fires, kettle, 2 coffee machines, toaster and plenty other kitchen tools. The living is cozy and beautiful. It has air conditioning.
Do not doubt to book! It is perfect!

We have just returned from our stay in the Bianca Tierra Villas, and we were welcome as the first guests. It was also our first experience with Zakynthos. Anna the house owner is really friendly and welcoming and made sure we had all we need that week. The house is very comfortable and even more beautiful than the pictures. The island is also a beauty and via Anna we also rented a boat and got many good tips for restaurants. The location is also great, 15 min from the airport and Zakynthos city and all nice beaches are close by. The perfect trip and house for a romantic getaway! 👌

Everything was perfectly arranged by Eliza, great accommodation (Colégio Charm House in Tavira PT) and even better than expected. We've loved every minute of this vacation!

The accomodation is botanicly beuatiful and her owners were very friendly and helpfull!

The villa was great including a wonderful large warm pool, A fully equipped kitchen a dishwasher an laundry machine. 2 nice double bed bedrooms. 2 bathrooms with shower, douche and toilettes
Great weather. Shopping an food stores ad walking distance.

Booked a appartment with Eliza was here on Creta. Villas Delight 5 minutes from Sitia (east of Creta).

Got all the info/voucher on time in the mail. Flight was fine, car rental was oke. Took a long time to get a car due to a massive line. Having hand luggage only saves a lot of time.
Car we booked was a small car. We got s Kia Picanto. Fine car for this island!

The appartement itself was great!
On arrival we couldn't find the reception (because there is none at the villas) but the phone number is of their Hotel reception which is located on the boulevard in Sitia. They told us which appartement we had and the key was in the door.
The next day the owner George came. A friendly man, who told us more about the do's on the island.
He invited us to a dinner the next day where he and with our help we cooked typical cretan food. It was delicious!
We didn't see him after that night.
Only the cleaning lady once for cleaning our appartment.

The appartement has everything you need, it has a great view! It located near a animal shelter which you can hear in the night. No trouble for us.
It's very quiet besides the animals.
The swimming pool is nice (but in October it's cold).
It's 2 minutes to the Lidl and 5 to the city center of Sitia where you can find a ton of options for dinner. To Limani is a have to try!
The Hotel Itanos has a rooftop garden with a nice view over the harbor.

Overall we had a really good experience with Eliza/this holiday.
The information you get from Eliza is good. The rental car is fine and the accomodation info is correct.

Next time we'll book again with Eliza was Here!

Everything was as promised, only thing what would have been nice a bit more proactive contact about the problems at Schiphol and what that meant for our vacation

We stayed at Villas Delight in Sitia, Creta, and it was a fantastic holiday!
The villa was perfect, clean and fully equipped, everything we could ask for was there. The owner is very kind, the cleaning lady as well, everythird day we got clean towels and clean sheets, and she cleaned the bathroom and the floor, she even made the bed en cleaned the kitchen a bit.
The location is superb, the view is great, and you are only five minutes by car from the citycentre/ harbour where you can find dozen of retaurants and the beach.

The best service I ever had. Beautiful room, very good breakfast and diner, lovely cocktails, nice swimming pool. And the sweetest staff. Do not hesitate it is worth it.

Eliza was here is a professional travel company which was the traveler at heart. Always has tips on the location and country

Beautifully located, nice staff! Clean rooms and fine beds. A DJ every night at the (expensive) restaurant, so music until late and that is not mentioned anywhere, would have been nice to know in advance. Good service, it was possible to change rooms.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, very hygienic, good food, and very friendly staff.
The village is very quiet, but when you have a car it is not a problem at all. Than you can travell around to see the great isle.

Great selection of smaller more boutique accommodations a bit outside of the mass tourist hotels. Perfect communication and service

Great stay on Samos. Lovely accommodation, clean, quiet. Private swimmingpool. Wifi wasn't great. App from Eliza was perfect. All on one place. Car rental and parking on airport was all arranged. We will book again on Eliza was here
