quick shipping, but don't expect email responses
I should say that the sale item I purchased was well priced and that I was impressed with the shipping speed.
I gave a 3 star simply for the fact that they do not respond to emails. I sent two different enquiries and neither were responded to. I think in this day and age, email responses is just as important as answering the phone.

Very Lengthy Shipping Time
Ordered items that were listed in stock. Site says orders will be sent out in 24-72 hrs. Placed my order, card was charged immediately, then I received an email stating they did not have the items in stock. I would have to wait till the items arrived at their warehouse and delivery would take up to 4 weeks.
Pricing was good and I'm not in a rush for the items so instead of cancelling I'll wait and see what kind of time frame they deliver in. I was asked for this review through email before my items have even shipped.

It show in stocks, after you placed orders , they will send you a not in stock email. And you can not cancel the order! When you call them via the numbers listed in their website, there is no one will answer your call!

Terrible customer service. Item not received!
I placed an order back in November. According to their shipping times it should have arrived around Christmas time. It still has not arrived nor have I been told that it has shipped from their warehouse. I have attempted to get a hold of them several times with no response. I’ve asked for a refund and again no response. Terrible company to deal with!

DO NOT ORDER, SCAM, Billed and never received
After two months I still have not received my order. My credit card was billed and I received an order confirmation. I have made multiple attempts to find out the status of my order through email and phone, with NO response. I can only believe now that this is a scam and I will have to report this to fraud protection.

This company is a fraud…
I put an order into this company back in Nov 24 thinking my order would be processed and delivered by Christmas. I called 3 weeks after my order a call centre took my call and let them know I had no tracking number and had not received my item. They couldn’t help me and told me that someone would get back to me. No one returned my call and couldn’t give my gift for Christmas. It never arrived. I called again about the whereabouts of the item and still no response. Is this real company? Beginning to think the company is fraudulent. I would not recommend you order anything from these people. You will be greatly disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not order for Elite Tools
They have the worst customer service. I ordered a tool from their site and was wondering when it would be shipped. When I called the elite tools phone number, it routes to a call centre where they do not have access to check the order status or help with your order.
There a many reviews of similar experiences of elite tools not having good communication. Use another vendor, do not use elite tools
