Sent damaged goods with no recourse

Got sent a grindstone with a chip out of it. The person who answers the phone doesn't seem to know anything and says she has to pass a message on, she does not provide a number to call or transfer you. No one calls back. I've sent an email with pictures and called four times. It's been three business days

Big delay, zero communication, very frustrated

I ordered a circular saw on November 27, and more than a week later, there's no sign it's been shipped, and after more than 24 hours of trying I can't seem to get an email or call back from the company. Very frustrating as I need the tool and there was no indication of a delay when I bought it. I literally purchased from them because I wanted to support a real Canadian company instead of an e-commerce giant. It seems to have backfired, unfortunately.

Update: I'm now at more than 72 hours without any response or help from the company. Their phone number goes through to a message centre, emails go unanswered. Is this even a real business?

Update 2: It's December 8 and still no response at all to phone messages or emails about a November 27 purchase that was supposed to be shipped within 24-72 hours . . . but they have time to respond to this review. Hmmmmmm. Called CIBC to dispute the charges and they've refunded the money. Done and dusted and lesson learned. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ELITE.

Not a good first impression

I can honestly say this was one of my worst online shopping experiences in the last several years. My order finally arrived today after almost a month elapsed, and what I received was clearly not a new-in-box product - it arrived loose inside a dewalt toolbag, very little shipping protection, hard to tell if it's been used or not or if I even have all the parts, but it's not in manufacturer packaging at all.

In addition, there was very little communication what was going on, with my order, no followup emails, order stuck in "processing" state all month. There was non-responses to my queries by email no followup on phone call. Finally a few days ago someone called to tell me that email was backlogged, the product was on backorder and would arrive within a week - which adds to the confusion of what I actually received today.

This was my first time ordering from this website, and with this experience, it's not likely I will order from here again. Thankfully I was only ordering a single drill.

Have not filled order

Placed order. Paid for order and got confirmation. Its been a week with no ship confirmation and repeated calls go unanswered.

I had hard to reach to talk to shipping…
