This site is horrible!
This site is horrible!! Do not join!! You will have about 10 options. Also their policies are horrible and their customer service are definitely not customer friendly. Worst product I've ever used for dating. Please do not waste your money!!

They have fake profiles on their site
They have fake profiles on their site, just happen to see a woman who tried to scam me on another site new to EliteSingles. They didn't seem to want to pull the profiles but did cancel my subscription which I requested and refunded my money!

Don’t waste your money!
I paid around £165 for six months for what I thought was going to be a site different to all the others, how right I was. Different as in they match you, so no swiping involved, but they match you with people who you would probably never match with given the choice. Too old, absolutely miles away (minimum distance is 50 miles), the opposite of what I’m looking for generally. So disappointed thus far and my subscription runs until April I think.
Awful site, would not recommend at all.

I have contacted Customer Services twice and tweaked as they suggested… it makes zero difference.

This website is a scam
This website does its' very best to make sure you can't, under any circumstance, contact anyone from their company. There is no method available through their website to have an actual conversation with any employee of their company.
They took my money, I had issues logging in (kept getting a "Failed Login" error message) and attempted to contact them. Needles to say at this point, I failed completely to speak to a human or resolve my issue.
This company is a scam. They have no interest in resolving issues and have no method to inform them of issues.
Update in response to EliteSingles response:
"Please contact us by using the contact form available on our Help pages by simply clicking on "Submit a request"."
Of course this was my FIRST course of action and had they replied in a timely manor with good will and intent to assist, I would have never taken the time to lodge my complaint here. Again, this company has no interest in solving your issues. They will, however, take the time to monitor websites like TrustPilot to mitigate poor reviews. Note to EliteSingles: Spend more time addressing your customers issues BEFORE they resort to alerting others of your poor customer support and you will spend less time and money with your post-hoc marketing attempts.

Terrible matches even after spending…
Terrible matches even after spending all that time to answer quite a few questions about yourself and interests. Poor filters. Extremely false claims about “bush professionals.” The amount of people on there that are not active, don’t even have a job, then you get matched to these people. Should be called complete opposites match

This company has no singles interacting on their site, i gave up after a few weeks, then they have an AUTO subscribe by default and have charged me nearly 300 euro for a service i dont use and say they wont refund. I am now looking into taking them to court as i did not agree to this. They are not to be trusted and provide no interations.

turnoff members no photo and scammers messaging
My experience feedback:It is a turnoff to mainly see new members without a photo, members who do not post photo when requested (this is not in your control), and 100% asian scammers that message me that are out of the 50 miles range. It would be more of a pleasant experience to require members to post their photos (if they have nothing to hide and are serious of looking for a relationship) and distinguish themselves as authentic by being verified.

Don’t even know how to cancel and…
Don’t even know how to cancel and review - as they don’t allow you to!
Signed up, they then have taken an incorrect ‘preference’ I can’t change. Awful. If they take my money they will have a problem. So disappointing. They’ll be hearing.
Waste of money
Waste of money. I wish I'd known I could cancel in the first three days. High school educated guys the opposite of what I'd said I was looking for, or men from 5 hours away with education claims I have no reason to believe. There's no place to even enter where you went to school! My profile self-description wasn't even published - I had no idea. I happened to go back to my profile and see it was "rejected". I can not imagine why. This site should be shut down.
Hardly any matches - total waste of money
Trickle feeding you 10 "matches" per day is a great business model; one that hides the fact there is not much in the pot to be "fed" to you....
Of course after a couple of days of blurred images, you cannot resist but spend your hard earned money on joining (if your card works that is. I had to get a friend's card number and pay her back, and despite asking repeatedly why this might be so, all I got from "Elite Singles" was "congratulations, your payment was accepted"...)
Anyway, so you are two days in and any "matches" that might be out there, are now exhausted. The few that trickle in after that will have no photos, and no content.
The "have you met" section will offer you (at least if your are female) men that are 10 years older, even though you are fit enough to run rings around guys your own age, and these profiles don't actually match your preferences.
Then that's it. For the next 6 months or whatever you have signed up for; perhaps with the exception of the occasional new person that has signed up, and a lot of those cannot be bothered to actually say anything about themselves.
Not just not elite, but there is hardly anyone here. Total waste of time and money.
In my opinion, a very dodgy outfit
My experience with this company was very negative. First off, I think the majority of the profiles are fake and matches would come from 1000’s of miles away. The few contacts that I made, in my opinion, were fake. The responses seemed to follow a pattern and they just didn’t seem genuine. What got me was the fact that I was being sent matches from persons 1000s of miles away which didn’t match my preferences & criteria. Then I got one strange email from EliteSingles that one such match was being investigated for possible scam activities. After that, I decided not to answer any match responses. The only way you can communicate with the dating site is email & they’re headquartered in Germany. I’m sorry I spent money and time on this dating site. Beware of online scams.
watch out
I was on Elite Singles for about 2.5 months. I just cancelled and deleted my profile (hope the deletion works...) after requesting a refund which was denied. On average i was getting 1 to 3 notices per week from their 'customer care' that there had been a security issue re someone i had been in touch with. Mostly they had been in touch with me. My impression is that these security notifications pertain to only a very small fraction of the scams being run on this site. There are many, many profiles with one picture, a few words in required fields in pigeon English, many such profiles resemble one another with seemingly some of the same mistakes. Looks like fake profiles are being set up wholesale. Many contacts when they messaged said "i hate this chat, send me your phone..." Early on I did contact one by text and what a mistake.
Immediately following a couple testy email exchanges with ES customer service i received a flush of 5 or 6 'likes' and messages from lovely young women eager to connect. Huh? I'm a 71 year old man--my pictures look reasonably good, i think, but i dont look 35, or even 55. This was not part of the pattern from the previous 2 months. It's an open question as to what that means, but is the admin of ES sending a flush of enticing profiles at me? If so, why?
I read reviews of this site before i signed up and they were fair to good for the most part. I hope the word can get out about these people. Looks like this company, out of Germany, is not doing their security due diligence, or worse. It was a waste of time and money for me and could be much worse for someone who's just a little more gullible, and hopeful. Best, Phil

This platform is an absolute scam
This platform is an absolute scam. They trick you into signing up, once you do, you keep paying and paying for any features you want to use. Users are the same low quality as other dating app. Save your money and stay away. They won't refund. They say they do but then they come up with excuses.
Less than one starts
Less than one starts . Scammers, and you can’t get a refund . I reported at least 5 scammers with proof and the only thing that happened was , there were not matches for me. In conclusion, they make fake profiles and when they get caught , they just won’t refund. Fake and expensive , nothing elite about this site . Don’t pay for it.
The site contains mostly fake profiles.
The site contains mostly fake profiles. After a six month premium membership I've only had two responses from female members, involving countless attempts. Obviously the profiles are mostly fabricated as they almost all have one photo, a very brief narrative or bio, and the never respond in writing. Its now a scam and I don't recommend. I've used other sites as well and others were more real but I'm convinced that today that the dating sites are mostly all motivated by profits and they intentionally prevent you from meeting compatible mates. Your odds are slim even if you are a great catch or a true great find. Sad but true. This site has become a total scam.
