I just signed into the app but there is no way to reach to the customer service. The website is not working and there is no way to reach the website. It only shows blanc screen. It seems like scam, would advise others to stay away.
No matches, no messages, save your money...
Despite having a 6-month paid subscription, I didn't get a single quality match or conversation. The issue is free accounts can't message, so don't expect to connect with anyone on the app. Also, they won't refund you once you realize the service doesn't really work (i.e. you are getting no matches/messages). There were a number of tech bugs too, and customer support was unhelpful.
Very disappointing experience — locked out after paying
I signed up for a 6-month membership on EliteSingles, hoping to meet serious, educated people as advertised. Unfortunately, shortly after making the payment, I was denied access to my account without any clear explanation.
I contacted customer support several times, but received no real help or resolution.
This experience is extremely disappointing, especially given the significant financial commitment.
I trusted this platform to provide a serious and respectful service, but so far I have received neither.
I have now requested a refund and opened a dispute through my bank.
I strongly advise anyone considering EliteSingles to be very cautious.

Elite Singles has become a fraudulent service. It was once a true dating site but is now an 'unmanned' rubbish website that lets you create a profile and then matched me with people in another country! And after setting up your profile, you cannot get back in! It wouldn't accept my password when I went back to login, and when I asked it to reset my password because the one I'd set no longer worked, it sent me no emails for resetting. And yes, I checked my 'junk mail' boxes before you make that lame excuse to me too. Your website is broken. Go fix your website. And when I checked how I could get in touch, it actually says, "Send a letter' to Germany. WTAF. A letter to Germany? Is that like a bad joke? Just let me log back in. Fix your website so we can reset our password!!!

Fake profiler paradise!!! Wish there was a 0 score! The ONLY comparable, educated matched were fake/scammers! Cannot believe Forbes and PC magazine did not actually review before recommending! Wish I had found the trustpilot reviews first as this is my same experience. One male within 100 miles. Vetting the fake profiles should be easy for a company that should be secure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, HOPES OR TIME! We do not need to be bait for scams - as single females we already are vulnerable enough!!! Shame on this company! I feel like I have been scammed based on waiting four years before I cautiously re-entered the dating game!!! NOT HAPPY!!!

Not only didn't I have luck on this site, but Google notified me my account was hacked & the site won't let me log in & when attempting to change password, no email received when site claims it sent a link (nor in my Spam folder). Avoid this site like the plague

I’m impressed with the look and quality of the site. Better than the others I have used. My only issue is the dashboard. A bit hard to get around to potential dates info in all areas. Can’t select date on Have you seen unless I have access to more information about them. Otherwise it’s just a crapshoot.
Fake profiles
Most of the men that wanted to communicate ended up being what I consider fake profiles. 2 profiles in particular wanted to help me invest my money in bitcoin. 4 of them had the same type of ‘background’ i.e. Single father with grown children, daughter helped set up profile. Also, even though their profile stayed the lived in same state, they were currently living across the country or in another country, but were looking to move to this state. It was a total waste of money and a hit on my self esteem.

Customer service at Elite Singles...........
I emailed a question I had, and the customer care person got right back to me with the answer! And regarding the dating service, I met a couple of very nice guys, but then I also met 2 guys who asked me for money! I reported them and they took care of that too! Great customer service!

Terrible customer service and app
Terrible customer service. The app still does does not work on an iPhone - I got in touch with support (in Germany) several times and ended up providing them with a ridiculous amount of technical detail they requested. Then radio silence. They never fixed the problem and refused to refund any money. The app is very limited. Just a poor program. They overlap with Silver Singles by the way - I was contacted by someone who is on Silver Singles.

No account they took money from me anyway
Made an account and paid last year around summer. Deleted my account after barely one month because the user interface was so bad and 5 months later they take 2000 SEK from my account?! I didn't even have any subscription plan here anymore! And they refuse to send back the money. Total SCAM!

No customer services contact details!
My Android app is currently, and has been for three days, not displaying any pictures of my matches!
I have two Android devices and they are both the same, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail.... I know personality is what you should be looking for, but this isn't blind date!
Tried looking for Customer services and then found this on Trustpilot:

Elite Singles, I followed your instructions and found "Submit a request" pressed that and it takes you in an endless loop back to "How do I contact customer care" and "Sumit a request" to "How do I contact customer services" and on and on and on....
There's a reason you have a 1.6 out of 5-star rating!
ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES!
You've taken a substantial amount of money off customers, use some of it, and actually have a customer service department that you can contact!
If you reply to this comment as you have with what seems to be an endless stream of BS replies to other comments, simply put the customer services email as the reply comment... nothing else, just the customer services email!
Highly doubt you'll actually do it!
UPDATE!
So following reading other poor reviews about ES taking money out of your account after you have cancelled your subscription, I wisely cancelled my subscription and also contacted my card holder to cancel any future payments being taken without authorisation. (To be clear, this has not happened to me. Yet!)
To my surprise, I received an email confirming my cancelation of my auto renewal from ES and that email has a link on to contact customer services....
Guess where that takes you.... to the endless loop as above....!!!!

Pretty generic response, try and do everything I'd already done.. and they were having technical difficulties... anyway without doing anything pictures back.
Still no way on the website of getting to customer services, if you're reading ES, make it easy, just put a form right there and stop sending everyone round in circles... if you do, I'll change the one star to a four star......

A terrible experience
A terrible experience! Its full of fake profiles. They are easy to spot. Pictures look like they are from a magazine and their profiles read the same. I am very unhappy with this dating site. You really need to get rid of the fakes and scammers. You can ask for an ID to make sure they are legit before they sign up. I am contacted almost daily by those scammers. Its extremely irritating view that i am paying subscriber.

Way too many fake profiles
Way too many fake profiles. It seems that they can't even detect that profiles like MaryATy@h00 or JennyatGeemale are fake profiles. Also, if you look closely many of the photos are obviously fake. And nearly everyone immediately wants your contact information because they aren't online very often.
Also, no way to remove people from you "match" list without also blocking them. Basic housekeeping is almost impossible on this site.
