My car had a replacement exhaust ordered and fitted within 48 hours of my initial contact with Elite garages in Newport, Isle of Wight. The team are cheerful, friendly, and professional. the work was completed efficiently and timely. Very happy with this service.

Bridport branch. I'm staying with a friend in Bridport and drove up from Surrey on Saturday. I had something weird going on with my battery and originally had booked a free check with Halfords in Dorchester! A local friend recommended ATS, now Elite, and I spoke with Stuart on Sunday and booked it in for 11am on Monday, 10th. Dropped it off and a nice young man, sorry forgot his name, said it would be about half an hour so have a mooch around the shops and go back. When I returned, he had checked the battery and the alternator and said there was nothing wrong with either. The whole experience was really pleasant and I bought them some posh chocolate as a thank you! What a great team they were…

I popped into Elite Garages to have a tyre fitted and was advised I need 2 new tyres. Great service as they fitted them for me straight away while I waited in reception. Very pleased with the service I received and will use them again. Staff were very pleasant too.

Ashford, Kent. I was able to check tyre price and availability online. I was given a next-day appointment for fitting 2 new all-weather tyres to front wheels of a Vauxhall electric saloon. I asked for the tracking to be checked and adjusted at the same time. I received a phone call when the jobs were completed, and picking up and paying were quite simple. Excellent service, thank you. I intend to return for my MoT test next month.

Great service. Needed two front tires after a blow-out on the motorway and they were able to fit me in. Staff were helpful and professional. Different price options were offered, and pricing was competitive.

I am very not happy as I had a plan on the day I also know I haveto pick my car up as I got a phone call about my car is done.
I got here as i thought I just pick up my car i put it in the parking lots then I carry on my plan. But instead I stuck in the garage because they didn't retested my car and it was the management fault I am here and stressed ,because I don't knowl how long is take my car is didn't got priority because of they mistake instead ruin my day . Very not fair and disrespectful as the manager said sorry and vhen i talk to another costumer how upset I was he came and said" I said apologise" I think its not enough l will have anotherthoughtif i cominghereagain. Only one person was helpful after he heard my story the person who it retested my car.And its the shame as I have very good experience before with the previous management or the engineers.

I got a puncture while on holiday house hunting. All the staff at Elite garages in Bridport were super helpful. Ensured I got where I needed to be with some excellent advice and next day fixed my tyre quickly and efficiently and at minimal cost. Would highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Service was carried out within given time slot. Service record was completed and new record book provided. I was made aware of a maintenance issue which possibly would need addressing in the not too distant future. I was grateful for the 'heads up' on this. Very pleased with how I was treated by staff. I will be using the garage again.

Excellent service as always. Polite and professional staff. Very pleased with MOT and servicing.

The guys were very helpful last weekend sorting 2 tyres and helping with advice on resolving a damaged alloy wheel rim which needed straightening elsewhere.

Martin and team always give top customer service.
Feels nothing is to much double however busy they are.

Denmead Tyres. 4 tyres for SUV wanted 2 days notice. Only 2 in stock on line. Rang to confirm, and staff assured they would be in stock for appointment. Booked on line and arrived as arranged, where member of staff was at my car as soon as I parked. Four new tyres fitted etc all in under 40mins from start to finish at a price that beat major online tyre suppliers. Great service quickly expedited.

Took my car in for a service at the Coulsdon branch. Very easy to book online, garage kept me in the loop regarding further works that needed doing. Service all done by lunchtime. Polite and professional staff. Another happy visit. Thank you.

Another great experience at Elite. Went in thinking my vehicle was in a lot worse shape than just an out of shape tyre. Super friendly and welcoming as usual.

I phoned the poole branch and explained that my clutch was sticking. I explained that I had the RAC out to look at my clutch and they said it was the slave cylinder and asked if they would take a look. The man was rude on the phone and said he cannot and that we will have to turn you down on this one. He then said 'ok' and put the phone down. with no explanation or anything! outside the Garage it saying in large writing they fix clutches !
