They came to my house to clean up a flood and installed industrial sized blowers throughout my basement. One of them is pointed at my furnace and blew out the pilot light. They are saying that has never happened before and are denying responsibility. Furnace worked fine before they came, now the pilots out. Doesn’t take a detective to figure it out. You install blowers, pilot light is out. It’s not coincidence. Don’t ever do business with this shifty group again .

Elite restoration was neither elite in their experience nor actually restorative. I was originally promised a full service experience from mitigation to repair and painting. What I got was two big holes in my kitchen and an email to go find someone else to finish the work. If you want the run around and to spend your time chasing people who can’t or won’t help you, this is your place

Disappointed in the lack of return call from them I was charged for a weekend rate of 262.00 for an hour service the guy was here a few minutes realized he didn’t have gas for his pump left for 30 minutes and it took him 15 minutes to vacuum up what little water was in basement. For the expense I’ll buy a shop vac and do it myself

My husband and I are so great full for the people from Elite Restoration who turned a nightmare situation into a dream. We awoke to find our first floor completely flooded from a burst water line, and we had no clue what to do or where to begin. When we called Elite Restoration, Dawn helped to calm us down and promised to help. She arranged to have a crew come right away, and within an hour they arrived. Dawn also arranged for a plumber to be dispatched. As first time homeowners, Dawn guided us through the process with the insurance company and made everything quite easy. One million thanks Dawn! Our restoration crew was headed by Melise. She is excellent at her job and quite reassuring. From the moment she arrived, Melise took charge and handled everything you think of. Melise and her crew not only helped to mitigate the damage, but also took all of the necessary photo and measurements for the insurance company. Elite Restoration helped to secure a storage container and did a professional job packing and wrapping our belongings and furniture. From the time they arrived, to the time they left, we didn’t have to lift a finger. They always arrived on time and were courteous to all of our requests. Thank you so much Melise and Dawn, and everyone else at Elite Restoration.

If you want real customer service and top notch professionals putting Your house back together, better than what is was. then it's a no brainer to use these guys. Devin will walk you through the entire process and make you feel comfortable the whole way through. I trusted them with my house and they did what they said they would do, and to me that's huge.

Everyone did their part in an excellent manner and treated both us and our home with a great deal of respect. Phase 2, the restoration, has not been started yet, but based upon what has been completed thus far, we highly recommend this company.
