Jasmine, Michaela and Shakeel have gone out of their way since the initial problems to ensure that everything is ok and I am pleased to report that it is.
Communication has improved a great deal and they have each responded really quickly to ensure my service is live and working well.

I had to sign up with them because the building I moved into only provided Wifi via this company. Not having a choice isn't great to start with - however, Elite Connect made it surprisingly easy!
Jassmin was so helpful every step of the way! When I said I needed the wifi to work urgently because I had to work from home, she worked tirelessly with the tech team to set me up the same day instead of the usual 24 hrs wait. They were responsive via email and also the phone and my wifi started working within the same afternoon of me opening an account.
Very grateful to Jassmin for the brilliant and fast support. It's lovely to deal with real humans who care and understand what's important, not some bots who can't get things done.

So this is the second review iv posted,I gave these people the benefit of the doubt and removed my first review.iv had no network for my personal use for 3 weeks now and there is no one to communicate with,everytime uou phone it directs you to appropriate suggestion then hangs up on you,constant cycle even calling to speak to someone about there available packages does the same thing,just hangs up on you.
I would strongly suggest steer clear of these people,there service is great to start with then just goes downhill to the point they can't even resolve network issues

Michaela has been very helpful when I was moving house. Have been with elite for almost 2 years and not had any issues.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I always dropped off calls in my 1 year of subscription and had no one to talk to when the internet completely broke off. Now I can`t have a proper call at all because their engineers don`t accept any responsibility and don`t care at all. I will definitely leave the company now but worth calling out the names who have caused this mess: Engineer Lee, Shakeel Malik and Jassmine H who came to my house unannounced, ruined the settings of my phone and told me to go to a phone repair shop! Terrible terrible!
If there would be 0 I would put 0. The worst company I have dealt with. My internet is down for 2 weeks, when I called they said that it is my own fault and it is 2nd week and I am still paying and hoping they will fix it. If you want efficiency do not choose this company. The customer service is appalling !

Been with elite since I moved into my new flat and it first everything was great, low prices and great WiFi connection. But for now over 2 years the amount of times this has cut off and played up is ridiculous. I pay £42.99 for just WiFi and it’s terrible. When it goes down you can’t even get in touch with someone to get it back up it’s just a waiting game. I work from home now so when this cuts off I’m without pay unless I can make it to the office that day. I emailed 2 weeks ago regarding WiFi and had no response. It’s currently down since this morning and we emailed but had no response so when we finally got through on the phone we mentioned our email and the lady said they haven’t had an email and there is nothing they can do but wait for a engineer to call you. I’m going to swap providers now because they are so unreliable

My experience with Elite was very smooth and convenient, everything was done online from home and within less than 24hrs I had my Wifi connection. The connection is strong without any lagging.

This company provides a great and easy to use service. Every person I have spoken to has been very helpful and the small number of issues (caused not by the WiFi company itself but due to building issues) were solved amazingly quick and I felt reassured. Would recommend.

Extremely unprofessional by all means, dishonest.
- The signal is very poor special after midnight, and during the weekend.
- Almost impossible to get in touch with the customer service, never respond the email.
- In term and condition mentioned that i can transfer the service any where in the country, they do not cover 99.9 % of the areas. So If i need to move i need to pay leaving fees.
- They took money from my bank account with my permission. Will contact the bank to get the money back.
- When agreed a certain amount as leaving fees, they will do refund only if i wrote positive review, which obviously never happen as this is worst experience ever.

Worst Internet provider on this planet, so my WiFi has been playing up for over a week now, no point in emailing anybody as they are just rude and ignorant! I honestly would say do not sign up with this Internet company! Rip off prices £42.99 a month for what?! Laggy Internet, no Internet, oh and terrible customer service!

Signed the contract with these guys more than a week ago, money was taken out straight away, but still don't have no broadband and no plans on when it will be done! When I called few times last week, only my details were taken and been told someone will contact me, why answer the phone if can't help? 3 times my details were taken, had to spell my name each time and give full info, don't you have some database? When I got a call back they just asked what went wrong and again, been told someone will contact me, I asked specifically to email me as had to leave for few days, email went to spam without any care. I hope I will manage to stop the contract and get a refund... Very bad experience so far.
