I would strongly advise against using this company. They once provided excellent service, but since my tax consultant left, communication has completely broken down. They continue to take payment yet deliver no support or results. While the assistant is polite and sympathetic, the owner takes no responsibility and fails to act.

Extremely efficient and professional team. They guided and supported me throughout the process and were always available to answer all my questions. They made the entire filing process seamless. I trust them completely and will use there services again for next year returns. A shout out to Marie-Pierre and Corentin for their great work. Highly recommended

Although my notifications file taxes "fell through the cracks ", once rectified my experience was decent. I had to call a few times to get certain info that allayed my concerns.
They were instrumental in securing my refunds and will continue to use them.

Problem with software in the beginning but was eventually corrected

Easy to contact and quick to respond but this year's software issues, which I understand are now fixed, meant it was not quite perfect, though completely satisfactory.

Your ability to do well and in time my taxes

The team at Elitax reacts quickly to our questions about taxes throughout the year. They do excellent work in the preparation of our tax filing and the follow up work to our income declaration.

My taxes are very simple but they do a great service. = Eficient and, above all, on time.

Good response rate and got the job done

Main reason is that as a non-French speaker I simply send my tax details in an email. No complicated forms to fill in.
Fortunately my tax situation is pretty straight forward.

Love Elitax! The website is intuitive to include all data and all the staff is ready to help. Was super super easy to do it and they helped me a lot.

If there was a way to give a negative score I would and warn everyone against using this company. They communicate well until you pay and then stop responding. They have junior people working on the files who make a lot of mistakes and it requires you to do all the work to identify the mistakes and ask them to fix them. Then when you ask them, they do not respond. They also do not behave professionally and have filed my return without my authorization at the very last minute and now will not provide me with the return that was submitted, so I do not have this for my own records. More importantly, the tax return was not filed correctly and they are not responding or helping to fix it, despite the service agreement. I have had to take legal action against them and ironically, they do not respond to the letter I have sent, but still sent me this link to give them a rating. I really don't know what to say and have never experienced a worse service. Whatever you do, do not use them.

Poor communication.
I’ve been struggling communicating with them. Late and poor reply to emails. I’ve asked several times to talk to someone with no success.
When I had the chance I’ve been granted that everything was alright but I wasn’t able to discuss my dossier properly.
I’m an expat, I might need extra service and support and they position themselves as expert on this field.
Finally due to some software issues my dossiers was not being sent on time.
To be fair they took care of it and they managed properly with the authorities.
As usual with these kind of consultant companies when you’re not a big client or a big company they level of service it’s very basic.
Next year I’ll look for something else.
