I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I learned a valuable lesson. My experience was exactly the same as outlined below. I took my money, sent a confirmation of the order, and then never shipped. When I asked about the status of the order about 1 month later, they claimed to not have my order. I sent documentation of the charges to my credit card as well as their confirmation. Suddenly they found my order and proceeded to tell me the item had been so popular that my order was delayed. I told them I wanted a refund. They then sent emails daily for 6 days asking me to reconsider and offering priority shipment, gift cards, etc. I requested a refund each time. It has been 9 days and I still don't have a refund and I am sure the product is going to turn up at my door. Since the product is coming from China, it isn't as easy as just shipping it back. Plus they would probably still keep my money. What a scam. Do not waste your money. I would give them -5 stars if I could.

Save your money. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered 5 items. After 2 months of not even a shipping notice and asking them to cancel and refund several times, they said just wait, it is because of “quality control”. Finally received my package with 1 of the items I ordered and 2 I didn’t. Emailed again for a refund, “your order is in 2 separate shipments and will ship out ASAP.” ..... Bulls*it company and customer service

more than 60 days have passed since the order, the seller did not send me a shipment and does not name any terms for delivery. This is the first time I have encountered such a terrible attitude towards customers. NEVER buy anything from them. you just lose money. they do not send goods

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order in January for 2 sweaters it is now April 6th and I still haven’t received them. I started asking them to cancel my order in February and to just refund me my $50 but they refuse to do it, telling me to reconsider and they would expedite it. I have asked for a refund about 10 different times and at this point I am not sure I will ever get my money or the sweaters. This company is just one big scam! What a freaking joke!

If I could give 0, I would. Ordered 2 bracelets for me and my best friend. They arrived and were faulty. I let the customer service team know and they're trying to fob me off with a $3 gift card!
1) I wouldn't order anything from there again, so what's the use of a gift card?
2) My item plus postage came to nearly $15... They're saying I would have to send the item back and the postage would be very high. So how is a $3 acceptable for their error?

Appalling customer service, the company is obviously a fraud. Avoid like Covid-19.

This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER from them. A month after ordering the order was still not processed. My emails were left unanswered until I opened up a PayPal dispute. Then after requesting (I KID YOU NOT) 6 times to cancel my order and receive a refund, they kept saying won’t you change your mind. It was borderline the most ridiculous chain of emails ever. I raised again with PayPal and now they have said they have sent the order. So cancellation request obviously ignored. I have little faith that I will receive the product based on others reviews.

I ordered a sweatshirt in January and the site says my order is unfulfilled 2 months later. I have contacted their customer service 7 times before I received a response. Now I have an email chain of 10 emails (20 total) of back and forth demanding a refund and getting a broken English response run around for the past month! Their Instagram has been deleted I believe they are a scam and a bunch of new thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM ELIEPOP.com

I ordered 5 items back In January. When they still had not shipped after 4 weeks I asked to cancel my order. They offered to put my items on priority and pay for express shipping. They only shipped 2 of the 5 items or more correctly 1 as they sent me a wrong item. 7 weeks later I am still trying to cancel the remainder of my order that still has not shipped and get a refund for the wrong item. They offered me a $5 giftcard and to keep the wrong item. (A shirt that I already own bought from another company). No offer to ship the correct item that I actually ordered. The quality of the one correct item I did receive is not very good. Fabric is see through and poor quality. I do not recommend buying from this company.

O M G DO NOT BUY from this company. Not only did it take 2 months to receive something, but what I received wasn’t even my order! I’ve contacted their customer service and done everything they have asked from me and their solution is to keep the item they sent and they will give me a 5.00 gift card. But not send my order. So they want me to keep a random item. I told them that was unacceptable I want my items or a refund. Their solution was to keep the item and give it as a gift!!! Like are you kidding me! This company is a fraud!!!!

Saw a cute shirt on FB. It’s been 6 weeks. I have emailed the company about 6 times. They keep telling me in broken English to “wait more time.” I’ve contacted my credit card company. I would never order from them. It’s a joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY MASSIVE SCAM!! No stars if I could!! This company frauded my card leaked my information and tried to steal $600 from my account!! My card had to be cancelled as the back contacted me to inform me!! Still no order after 2 months I’m in dispute with this company. I only wish I read the reviews first!! Never again!! And their customer service is a f***ing joke they told me to wait more time 😡

I would give zero stars if I could my order was ordered in January and customer service keeps saying to wait! This is a huge scam! Contacting my bank now!

I order a hockey shirt got a basketball shirt instead. When I asked to receive the right 1. I was told to keep the 1 they sent. I ask them to send the correct shirt I paid for. Three times I asked. Continually they said keep the 1 they sent. So I ended up no refund and a shirt I dont want. Crooked company!

Do not buy!! I wish I had read reviews before placing the order. It’s been 2 months of ‘let me check for you’, ‘be patient’, ‘it’s been shipped’, ‘we’ll check with the warehouse’ b/s. I am accepting the fact that I have been scammed. Don’t let them scam you!

Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order.🤦🏻‍♀️ I ask for refund and to cancel my order. They ask me to wait a little longer due to high request. I told than I would wait until March 5th, that gives them one month to ship it! If I don’t hear from them by then I will file a complaint through PayPal.

This company is awful! I tried to cancel my Order right away. I decided to read reviews after I confirmed my order (my mistake). This company waited to respond until AFTER they shipped it. They refused to cancel it. There website does not give the option either. I am STILL waiting for my price of crap sweatshirt to arrive...DO. NOT. ORDER. AWFUL. 🤢

Do not waste your money or time with this company! They are scamming people right and left. I purchased 3 items on two separate occasions (few days apart) and a month later am still waiting on an acknowledgment of my emails and communication with them on the items I purchased. There stuff looks really cute on Facebook but if you could see my face right now I am not a happy camper at all!!

I've waited for 30 days for my merchandise and have been told it's on it's way and now I was told logistics returned my order and they would reship. I have told them on several occasions I want a refund but have yet to receive it!! I'am so mad! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Stay AWAY!!!! I ordered an item a month ago and still have not received it. They will not let me cancel. They take forever to respond to mmy emails and ignore my questions. I’m so mmad and feel scammed.
