I just received my order today, after waiting 2 months, and I was very disappointed!☹️ The images of the clothes I thought I was ordering, are false❗️ The quality (given the price of the product) is horrible and even the style is different. The fabric is cheap and the sewing is very bad quality. It reminds me of a cheap Halloween costume! The product is so different than the pictures of the clothes modeled, that I was compelled to write a review to protect other potential buyers from getting scammed. This company is very deceptive❗️

this company is ridiculous first they give me a tracking number that doesn't work I wait almost 2 months for my product then they shipped me the wrong shirt. never again I advise u stay away from this company and their products.

I filed a complaint against Eliepop with e consumer.gov since this company is apparently in Hong Kong and not in the USA. Eliepop is a scam. I ordered in early April 2020 and nothing yet ,even though, in an e mail, they stated the items were being shipped. My suggestion is to go on line and go to e consumer.gov and fill out a complaint so this company will be off the web site. Go to Eliepop website first and get their address, phone # and e mail address first because you will need it to fill out the form and it does not take long to do it.

I wish I could give this company a negative rating!! They are terrible!

I ordered 3 t-shirts in February for a girls trip in March, and I am still waiting to receive these in May!!!
At the start of March I requested to cancel my order as it had not shipped yet, and requested a full refund - they told me that they would ship straight away and would I reconsider my order. I said no thank you, I wanted to cancel. I have gone back to them over 10 times telling them to cancel my order, and every response I get is telling me that the order will ship soon and I will love the order and if I dont gift it to a family member or friend.

This place is an absolute Scam and recommend no one ever even consider this company!!!!!!

I ordered 2 ago a few t-shirts, today I got the order ... I got some rags, totally disappointed. It's not worth any money they are just garbage.
I'm sorry about the money spent, I certainly don't order any more.
The reality is far from the picture.

I made an order for two articles of clothing on April 15. I emailed the company on May 5 about my order since I had heard nothing about its arrival date. I received this AUTOMATED response:

"Dear Customer,
Thanks for your email & concern,
Since there are so many customers consulted recently, I am deeply sorry that we may not be able to reply to your email in time. Our customer service staff are doing their best to deal with it, and strive to reply to you as soon as possible. Our other employees are fully committed to processing your order, hope you can receive quickly.
We apologize for this and thank you for your support and patience."

The same day, I received this PERSONAL response:
"Dear customer,
Sorry for waiting.
It's on the way. Don't worry about it. [!!]
The logistics in the world are affected by the epidemic, the transportation will be longer than before, and the online logistics information will not be updated in time. Thanks for your understand."

That was May 5.
It is now May 24, almost three weeks later, and only CRICKETS from Eliepop. No information at all, almost 6 weeks after the order. The link to the shipment company that they provided says the article was received on 4/22 in Los Angeles, given to a local courier on 4/27, then not received by FedEx until 5/16. That's an unexplained delay in California of almost 3 weeks. It's in Illinois now... making its way here s-l-o-w-l-y....

I would avoid this company if I were you. I sure will in the future. I'm not patient enough to wait almost 2 months for my clothing orders.

Wish you could give 0 or minus star rating. I ordered a shirt for a leaving gift for a work colleague mid March and I am still waiting for this order to arrive.

I have sent loads of emails to the company but was told each time to "be please patient Miss". Was sent a tracking link and it would indicate it had been shipped but then no update for over a month.

Long story short..... I am not holding out any hope.

UPDATE: Had a response to my latest email in very broken English telling me to 'continue patient' and it's all down to logistics issues.

Ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received a single item. States my items have been shipped but can’t tell me when or where they’re at now. Total scam!!! Wish I would’ve read all the reviews before buying from this site. I’ll never make that mistake again. Shame on them for conning innocent people out of their hard earned money. The site should get shut down!!

I did wait almost 6 months to receive order. I only have 2 of the 4 items ordered and one is the wrong color BUT sizing is perfect love the softness. Super happy. I was always kind when checking on my order understanding the world is different now. Good luck to me and all waiting 😊

Placed an order April 11, 2020 and item supposedly shipped May 2, 2020. I still haven't received the item and there has been no further shipping updates. I have emailed the company to no avail. Never, never order from this site.

Pathetic company! Never again! Never received anything I ordered!

I wish I could rate zero stars. I ordered 4 sweatshirt in February and never received them until MAy, AND they messed up the sizes. When I wrote to get it corrected they offered me $3 off and “keep the extra one and gift to a friend”. Hello, my friend doesn’t need an XL, I needed a medium. Then when I suggested that I wanted the XL replaced with a medium, was offered $5 off the price and they stated it would cost me more to return it. Why would I pay to return something you clearly sent to me incorrectly? I had proof of order and they still didn’t budge. Also, sweatshirt was more like a tshirt in thickness. NEVER order from Facebook again

PATHETIC COMPANY
I ordered 2 tops for the price of 73.00 CAD. It took almost 3 months to receive them, they sent two totally different tops in a size M and I ordered XL, they first offered me a $5.00USD Gift card then, offered me a $3.00USD Gift card, and PayPal denied my claim.....would you be willing to pay $73.00 for something you didn’t even order and the wrong size.....I’m totally disgusted with elipop and PayPal.....

I placed order on April 5 and still haven’t received it. Can’t even check on it now because it says shop no longer available, and can’t even send an email. It won’t go through. If I ever get my order I will never order from them again. Tried to cancel first order and found this company and ended up being the same as first. Not good business at all.

They sent me the wrong sized pants with a bleached stain on it and would not send me a new pair because it would cost “Elipop” too much!!!!! They did not give me a refund for these EXPENSIVE pants. They only offered a $5 gift card and suggested to give my pants to a friend or family member .............. I asked politely again for a full refund if not the right sized pants I initially ordered; guess what happens, I get ignored!
This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL site!!! They shouldn’t even be operating!!!
If you have something in your cart, TAKE IT OUT!!! I’m trying to save you from wasting your money!!

So, I don't even know about the quality of their clothing. I ordered a top for St Paddy's Day. It was ordered the first of February. And here it is, almost the middle of May, still haven't gotten it yet. They seem to respond to emails, but they don't do a damn thing about it.
I'd say this company is a fraud. Don't order from them! You'll be throwing your money away. Buy US anyway!

They pretend to be a US company but are actually in China - it took 2 months to get my order and one item is COMPLETELY not what I ordered. I should have received a pale aqua hoody saying JUST BEACHY. What I got was a very poor quality, two tone, bright green sweatshirt saying LETS DAY DRINK with some four leaf clovers on! So disappointed. Now gotta try and get a refund somehow🙄 Best to avoid this shocking company.

Update:- we have since got a reply in broken english, advising us to consider keeping the item, or gifting it to a friend because the return postage cost will be too high and take too long! Then they offered us 5.00 voucher off of another purchase. So, I paid 23.99 + 5.99 postage for a top, received the WRONG top - it was poor quality, hideous and with a slogan that makes no sense and they want to offer me a 5.00 voucher!!! Erm no, not my mistake, and no chance of me giving them more of my money!!! So I want a refund at this point!! Will update soon...

What a joke of a company! When I FINALLY did get my package (2 months later) It had a HUGE cigarette burn in my hoodie. Tried contacting them thru email and text and no reply. I will be reporting... Pathetic

Took months to receive my package and DIDN'T get what I ordered. So disappointed.

Needs to be 0 stars...I ordered two blouses from Eliepop April 9, 2020. I had not received anything telling me they had shipped. I contacted through email and asked for a shipping date. I received a weird email back saying i had not finished the order. I replied with “Yes I did and its been paid for, when will it ship it been almost a month?” I have not heard back so I turned in a resolution ticket with my paid statement from Paypal. Not to wait. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I didn’t realize it was a china company or I would not have. $47.97 is what I spent.
