Set this subscription up for my wife, got her first set last month and she absolutely loved them.
They fit well and are of good quality, very pleasing to the eye, I look forward to the next set and my wife can’t wait either.

I really loved the first box the quality is excellent. Everything is so pretty unlike anything you can buy in a store. The packaging was so nice the little extras make the whole experience of getting new underwear feel special. Can't wait for the next box

Wow what a wonderful piece of lingerie, just the little added extras just make your wife feel special. Maybe some beauty samples face cream eye mask ,face mask samples make that added specialness

I've had a monthly subscription for over a year, and it's been such a good investment. I've loved every set, even in colours I never thought I would wear. And the little treats they leave in their boxes are so nice... I have a scrunchie collection now, ready for the summer! Love, love, love, couldn't recommend it more.

Received my order today. Stunning. Contacted customer service due to briefs being a little snug (my fault). They have amended my future orders to the next size. Lovely messages and quick response. Cannot wait for my next delivery. Thank you.

What a rip off, says £20 per month then they take over £30 off your card for the second order, the underwear is the flimsy type you can can get off of Temu cheaper, dont waste your money!

Complete scam! Be very careful! The bra recieved on first order is horrendous quality. Horrible cheap, rough nylon with no give. Completely sized wrong and unwearable. On trying to return and cancel subscription i have been completely ignored. They have even taken a second payment now which I have had to report as fraud due to them ignoring all communications to cancel. All emails to info@ ignored. Messages to their fake helpdesk ignored except for one. I had, again, asked to cancel - about 2 days later I had a message saying 'may I ask if everything is OK with your box? Is there anything I can help with?'. Completely random as my message was to cancel and return the terrible items. Obviously I replied negatively which has, yet again, been ignored. I can only assume all other reviews are fake. DO NOT BUY OR SUBSCRIBE TO THIS!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I decided to treat myself to the Secret Garden set and further subscriptions. After placing the order it arrived much quicker than I expected it to.
The size of the bottoms are true to size and the over all quality of both bra and bottoms are really good.
I had made a mistake with the size of the bra and emailed to find out how I could go about sending it back for an exchange. Stacy got back to me very quickly and although they didn't have my exact size, Stacy suggested I might like to try the "sister" size to my usual size. I went up a band size and down a cup size in the hopes that would fit just as well. That was then sent out super speedily and fits perfectly.

Very good products and the team is so helpful, patient and accomodating.

I had issues with the bra size on the set I had purchased but they dilligently worked with me to help me find the correct size.

Excellent support and product, would 100% reccomend.

Really disappointed in the quality. The sheer textile is quite pretty, but the back of the pants and bits of the bra besides the sheer cups, are awful and look like they belong on a costume. After buying lots of good quality lingerie from Lounge lately I thought this would be a nice way to keep getting regular pretty sets for a decent price, but my god please just shop at lounge. You'll get similar (better) designs, made with quality materials that actually look and feel good.

Absolutely beautiful lingerie. Such a shame it took just under 3 weeks from ordering to arrive.
With this said, their customer service team are really understanding and friendly.

The company are a scam do not touch them with a barge pole, they took money I didn't get the products paid £31 and they gave me a refund of £6.40, do not get anything form them they will rob you blind.
DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM.

So difficult to get this right (with both style, taste, and size) and somehow they have and then some! They’ve managed to design a surprise box of lingerie which is so classy and fits like a glove. Such a wonderful idea to subscribe to something elegant just for you as a treat each month and the packaging is so cute. Also super responsive on Instagram! Definitely keeping my subscription 🩷
