I initially had trouble regarding subscribing and receiving a confirmation email, but this has been rectified. Excellent customer service with a discount. This is my first purchase and I cannot wait to receive my order ☺️

This happened a while back but I recently saw comments on their instagram claiming the same experience so I decided to warn others.
I ordered two lingerie sets, one arrived, the other never did. I sent dozens of mails (at some point once a week), DMs and wrote comments on their instagram and was ignored and my comments were deleted. I know this happened to others because there were other comments. I reached out to them and they had the same experience as I did. Bad reviews didn't show on their website. Usually I never write bad reviews but I have never been treated like this by a company. Please be careful.

I recently wrote this review and deleted it because they claimed I was mistaking them and that they only existed since 2024. I checked and went to their website that they linked here and their instagram, where I still have the messages I sent them and I can confirm that, unless the page they have linked here is wrong, this is the exact page that scammed me and was called TDR-Boutique a few years back. The mail address on their website also hasn't changed since then. You wrote in your reply that you don't sell lingerie and don't have really have connections to Germany. Your website however is still available in german and your shipping/return page in german is still about lingerie/ball gowns, which, if we check your menu, you don't offer anymore. That doesn't track with your reply to my earlier review where you claimed that you only started in 2024 and only sell gift boxes. It really seems to me like you only had an overall rebranding but of course I am open for a talk and finding a solution. I genuinely hope we can solve this. Thank you.

Reading your reply hasn‘t cleared things up for me at all. It is still unclear as to why you still have the same website, mail and instagram. I still have messages from before your alleged foundation with those exact accounts, both mail and instagram. And while your english website has changed, some of the german links are still the same as before, suggesting that you didn‘t just start in 2024. Your explanation seems very unlikely and unbelievable to me.

Beautiful quality I absolutely love these sets I wanted dark colours but sometimes they give you just the opposite to what you would like they do give you a choice I thought that’s what they look to do please ask the customer before sending something they might not be happy with

I received my first subscription box yesterday.
The packaging was beautiful, the underwear is stunning.
I wore the bra today.
Instead of another torture device, this bra is heaven 💗
I don't even feel like I'm wearing a bra.
I didn't feel like I wanted to rip it off at the first opportunity.
I can't wait to receive my next on.

You can Taylor the sizes when you email them if you have larger hips and a smaller chest like me!
Comes with tea and hair bands
Sometimes shells or fake flowers and stickers.

As with most ladies clothes some fit better than others.
Sometimes takes a week after the payment come out.
This month for the first month in a year of my subscription the payment wasn't taken till a few weeks after I expected it so I'm still waiting on its arrival.
But I'm super excited for it.

I subscribed last year through an advert and honestly what a waste of money. It's very very cheap feeling lingerie - AliExpress quality. The cups are weird shapes and overall finishing of the products is poor.

If you sign up to a box with a discount code you're unable to cancel your subscription until you have paid full price. This wasn't shown at the point of subscription when purchasing through SHOP and is buried at the very end of their Ts&Cs

Go to M&S or another high street shop and get a decent quality set for the same price.

** I've been asked to edit my review by TrustPilot which I have done to ensure it stays up. Make sure you read the Ts&Cs if you choose to subscribe but I'd strongly advise you don't as you'll find nicer quality lingerie at any other highstreet shop.

Loved the set I received, looking forward to my next one

I was disappointed with both the service and the product quality. The marketing feels extremely aggressive, and my first order never arrived. Although a replacement was sent, the original order arrived weeks later. I tried the product myself and found the material to be very synthetic, uncomfortable, and irritating to the skin. Sadly, the quality is far below what is advertised.

I just love love love this company.
I have been ordering for months, a couple of hick ups (nothing to do with quality, just received the same colour and style as before) but customer services are just amazing and sent me a replacement and I didn’t even have to send the other ones back. Customer service is always available and quick to reply, amazingly helpful. I love my gorgeous underwear and the little goodies they send with them. It’s my little treat every month. Only down side is that once I receive my order I am the too impatient to wait another month for my next gorgeous set haha. Well done! Keep up the good work!

Customer service is 10/10 and their gorgeous boxes are personalised and such amazing quality. Sizing is true to size and fits so beautifully. Ordered the 3 month box and was so happy with it I’ve redone the order! Highly recommend🩷✨

I love the little box with the small surprises in it and I love the underwear that is so carefully chosen and well made. I didn’t want to take off the last bra that I received! Really looking forward to the next surprise box. customer services are also prompt and thoughtful, Love the brand . Xx

I read reviews that seemed like sizing was going to run too small but the sizing was spot on for me. I’ve actually never had a bra fit so well as I’m petite but have a wide back due to weightlifting so the straps always fall down when the under bust fits. I was so pleasantly surprised when it fit spot on and felt like I wasn’t even wearing a bra.

I also love that it gives me a chance to try new colours and out my comfort zone a bit as I tend to stick to dark colours as I never thought a pastel would look nice but it did.
