The delivery men gave an excellent service. They went above & beyond for me.

Saved £250 and the two dents hardly noticeable,bought a fridge and microwave with the money saved!

I ordered a washing machine from AO Outlet via eBay. Ordering and delivery were smooth, but everything went wrong when my engineer came to install it.

The first machine arrived with the door hanging off – one screw missing and another stripped. I arranged a replacement, which was collected and swapped without much trouble.

The replacement had several dents in the side, but as it would be hidden I accepted it. Unfortunately, when my engineer ran the first spin cycle it started banging loudly and wouldn’t reach speed. On inspection, he found a faulty drum stabilisation rod and showed me where the drum had been hitting the side. The dents were already there when it arrived, so AO had clearly sent another faulty machine.

I’m now £175 out of pocket for the engineer’s time (he actually reduced his fee because he felt sorry for the situation). AO Outlet has only offered to send yet another replacement, but I’m not willing to risk installing another faulty machine.

In hindsight, I should have just bought a new machine instead.

Bought a Beko washing machine for my daughter's new house. Price was significantly lower than elsewhere because of slight scratches to casing. These were hardly visible and don't show at all now the machine is installed.
Prompt and friendly delivery with efficient tracking system. Highly recommended.

The purchase was simple and quick and the fridge freezer was delivered within a few days. Excellent delivery service - I was able to pick the delivery date and the driver contacted me first thing and then later in the day to keep me updated on delivery time. Really pleasant helpful lads delivered it and got it inside for me through a narrow doorway.

Great experience with ElekDirect from start to finish. The team was very flexible and helpful when we needed to change the delivery date several times due to delays with our new build property, which we really appreciated. We are also very happy with the appliances we purchased from them.

The delivery team was excellent — very friendly and professional, and they carefully carried the appliances into the house. They were also very kind and even gave our daughter a small teddy bear, which made her very happy.

This is a good company with fast economical delivery. My chest freezer works perfectly BUT the website didn't really describe the several dents in it. Maybe I was unclear where to look on the website. I hadn't realised all the stuff sold has issues. The freezer is in my garage - no problem but it wouldn't have been suitable cosmetically for the kitchen or utility room.

Product is excellent value and quality. Delivery was on time and delivery guys very polite and helpful.

I bought a Hotpoint toaster and kettle from here and got an absolute bargain because the box was slightly damaged. The products work perfectly and were in excellent condition with no damage at all. Delivery was quick and efficient. Don’t pay inflated prices elsewhere — check ElekDirect first! Excellent service and great products.

I have been extremely pleased with my dealings with ElekDirect. I ordered a freestanding fridge freezer. Due entirely to my error and not that of ElekDirect, the one I ordered could not be fitted into the space available and it had to be returned. I have ordered a different one, it has been delivered, it fits perfectly and I'm delighted with it. Choosing a product on the website was easy and I was pleased with the views of the defects on each item, enabling me to make a fully informed decision. Arranging delivery was straightforward. You pick a day and delivery will be sometime between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm on that day. It would be easier if the actual 4 hour time slot was advised on the day before, so that you don't need to be on standby from 7:00 in the morning. The delivery slot is only advised at 6:30 am on the day. My chosen fridge freezer had a damaged door shelf and this was replaced at no charge.

ElekDirect is not only offering amazing value and a very easy-to-use purchasing experience, but it has coupled it with very customer-friendly delivery staff and the most amazing customer service in the office. The delivery team of Jason and Ricarda could not have been more helpful in getting the product into our kitchen. Back in the office, be sure if you have any problems you speak to Dale who delivers really old-fashioned customer service. I even forgot to book for the delivery team to remove the old fridge freezer at the time of ordering, but Dale made sure that this was all taken care of.

We bought a new fridge and then a few weeks later a TV from ELekDIrect and are extremely happy with the prompt and polite service. Unfortunately I do not have the names of the 4 gentlemen that did the 2 deliveries but all were very polite and communicated the delivery times. The products are exactly as described and in perfect condition. Will definitely be using again and recommending
