Terrible- DO NOT GO! No wonder it was empty

Terrible- DO NOT GO! They are a SCAM. Agreed to one price when I walked in then as I left they charged me £5 more. Outrageous- it was only shellac. Not worth £28!!!!! Shame as the guy who done my was nails was very sweet. But the owner is greedy and a rip off.

Nail bar in Dundee

Nail bar in Dundee. Asked to get appointment for gel nail infills was charged for extensions that I didn’t get. Had to pay in full for the appointment in their salon upstairs. Manager very off when we arrived.
Manager then came over when I was getting my nails done and said I needed to pay another £10 for gel polish! I refused.
Paid £39.99 for gel polish to be removed and nails cut and shaped.
On leaving different guy at the desk said we hadn’t paid. Argument got up and he phoned the manager who came and said we had paid. AWFUL EXPERIENCE AVOID

Aberdeen Store.

Aberdeen Store.

Avoid this place. They’re only interested in scamming money from their clients. I had been coming here for a while to get a fade haircut every 2-3 weeks. In October I was advised by the hairdresser that they had a package deal costing £119 for 6 months and as many cuts as needed. I went away and thought about it and on my way past that evening, I clarified that it was for 6 months and as many cuts as needed to maintain the fade cut. He said yes, which he is now denying and lied right to my face. (I suggest management review their security footage seeing as they have signs up that state audio and video is being recorded). When I called up the next day to purchase the package, I again clarified the deal and was told yes.

I tried to book in for a cut on Saturday 4th January and was told I had used up my 6 fade cuts. 6? After much arguing with him, someone else on the phone from Dundee and via email I have got nowhere and no one I spoke to seems to understand very basic arithmetic. At the time a fade cut cost £14.99 and then went up to £15.99. Why on earth would someone pay £119 for a ‘package’ that costs less for the same thing individually? £14.99 x 6 is £89.94. And even at the increased rate is £95.94. It’s not really that hard to work out! They are now ignoring my emails and I have passed this on to trading standards. Stay away,

Aberdeen Store. AVOID!!!

I had acrylic extensions and gel polish done on a Wednesday for a party on a Saturday. By Saturday two nails had fallen off and by Tuesday nine were off despite being incredibly careful. Absolutely awful. This is my THIRD time that has been awful. Will never returns. Avoid like the plague. I have never seen another customer in there. Not surprised!!
