Worst customer experience ever. Sent incorrect item and ignored emails for a week. Ended up having to return it which cost me money. 100% do not buy off them even if the price is cheaper

Horrendous experience ordered item on January 18th, it said it was shipped out but never came, said it was an issue in the warehouse that it was shipped to the wrong address, was then told it be with me a few days later, no sign of it a week later. had to ring a 3rd time was then told they are out of stock and had to reorder the product that it should be in the next few days, it is now 22nd March and still getting messed around, I had to contact them yesterday for the 12th time, was told that item was ready to ship and should have it today or tomorrow, now the item has changed back to pending which means it's not coming today or tomorrow. Every bad review I have seen has something to do with shipping. Since ordering this item I have had packages come from the UK, Germany, China and America. How come I'm waiting on a shipment for over 2 months from my own country?

Having been messed around for over a month by another company I deceided to order a tumble drye from Electrocity on 2/2/22. Within an hour I had confirmation and the name of the Courier who would deliver it. The lady dealing with the order at the courier said she would ring me the day before delivery which she did and the tumble dryer arrived today. Highly recommend this company and their courier Caulfield Transport

My 8 year old bought a Tablet with her communion money. It broke after a month. Dreadful after sales service, didn't care that a little girl was waiting in its repair, which took three months. Disgraceful Not one apology offered. Loud and brash receptionist.

I bought a router in July , it was faulty so I returned it as instructed .as of 19 November I've received nothing even though it's been returned 8 weeks ago .I've emailed electrocity but they won't reply , extremely unprofessional company .

After shopping around I found electrocity. Electrocity had the best price around for the item I was looking for and they delivered it within a couple of days here in Ireland. Another plus is that They don't overcharge for shipping. Item delivered at doorstep without any issues or delay and in a safe and sturdy package. You can also avail of a great finance program.
Will buy here again for sure.

Ordered a Lenovo laptop, came in with dim screen. By a month, the screen has gone off completely. Reported this and I was referred to Lenovo customer service. I pointed out this was supposed to be under warranty/guarantee, they reluctantly agreed to send a return label which came in almost a month later. I asked for a refund and only part of what I paid was refunded without explanation
In all, a very terrible experience for me, I regretted the patronage and I won't ever recommend this scrap company to anyone no matter what.....1 star is generous and itsbecause there's no -ve stars. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, you would thank me later.

Never again was told one thing by a shop assistant last Sunday but when I called into the shop yesterday it seems I must have imagined the whole conversation as he denied ever having said it. I will never buy in that shop again .

I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying from them. Great products and service. I had a problem with my delivery and when I contacted them about it they sorted it out promptly. Great service and communication, considering the amount of time they have to put in with all sales being done online and by phone.

I am extremely happy with ElectroCity. This was the first purchase I made with them. I bought a beko fridge for an excellent price and it got delivered in only 2 days. Unfortunately there was a dent on the fridge so I called the shop to check what I should do; the representative that I spoke to was a delight and promptly offered a solution. In less than 5 minutes I had my problem solved. Will most definitely buy in electrocity again going forward.
