great choice and delivery times

My order was visible at all stages whilst in the system; it arrived on-time, was well-packaged and met all expectations.
What's not to like?...

Ordered online on Sunday. Delivery was the following Thursday-within the 3-5 day delivery period. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Price very good saving~£200 pounds on manufacturers quoted price. Would definitely recommend to others and use again.

Delighted with my up cycled 40s voltmeter turned into a light stand

Ordered some ceiling fan Isolators in line, They arrived next day . Well packaged . Can't say fairer than that.

I was sent the wrong size of Edison Screw bulbs but on emailing them they handled it quickly and well. They are going to send out the correct size and more importantly I do not have to go to the trouble of sending the incorrect ones back which makes things a lot easier.

Appreciate the service.

Great service and choice of wonderful lights

Thoroughly helpful and knowledgeable group of people. Excellent repair work on table lamps we had. Went back to buy lamp from their shop. Extensive range of lighting, thoroughly recommend them.

I ordered one of their outdoor dimmer switches as they are the only people that supply them.

The item arrived quickly and on arrival the box showed something different, so without checking the contents I called Abelectrics. The guy I spoke with was really friendly and helpful. If I'd have checked the box I would have found what I ordered inside. I came away from the conversation smiling.

Unfortunately I had to return the item as the electrician advised I had too many lights on the circuit for it to cope with.

I realised a few days a go I hadn't received a refund and dropped them a line. I guess I hadn't put the paper work in with the unit as it was sitting to one-side in the warehouse waiting for someone to identify it.

I received a swift email to say they'd action the refund straight away.
Which is exactly what happened and the refund arrived quickly.

Again all very friendly and a level of care and consideration not found in most companies.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. It's not often when shopping online that you come away having such a good experience.

Light unit was bent by carrier but I managed to straighten and fit the unit without major detriment.
