Potential scammers

I’ve been reviewing bikes, skateboards, and scooters for over a decade, and this brand raises some serious red flags. From the start, things just didn’t add up. The marketing looks polished, but once you dig a little deeper, the transparency and consistency you expect from a legit company just aren’t there.
Communication is vague, product details feel incomplete or misleading, and overall it gives off a “too good to be true” vibe. I’ve worked with plenty of reputable brands, and this doesn’t feel like one of them. It feels like corners are being cut somewhere, whether that’s in quality, support, or business practices.
I’m not comfortable recommending this to anyone. There are way better, more trustworthy options out there

No fuse protection on whole system

Something shorted out when investigating fault found their where no fuses or circuit breakers in the whole electrical system resulting in everything getting fried,of course out of warranty when happened, bought from e vape, never again!

Do not buy one of these scooters from…

Do not buy one of these scooters from eco vape, if you have a puncture or want a solid tyre it's over 45 pounds and takes 2 weeks to get repaired , it's a ripp off and a con , do not buy there prices for fore repairs are a ripp off , my little girl won't use hers no more , because she scared of getting a puncture, mine as a puncture and I haven't been over and thorns or glass , these are very feeble and week , dont bothered and avoid at all costs 😉 I mean you pay double than other repair centre , then you have to pay upfront, then you have to wait nearly 3 weeks for your email scooter to get fixed , how can they justify that and at them prices 25 pounds for a puncture, and if you fix it yourself you lose your warranty, so to have 2 new tyres fitted it's over 90 pounds , yet the tyres are 25pound for 2 on amazon and are compatible to jungle scooters, how does that work , its a joke of a company 😉 there customer service don't care one bit about there customers, I've heard nothing from them after bein told to email the directors, not heard nothing, clearly this company don't care at all or there directors, it's a sham of a company, this is the first time I've ever wrote a bad review in my life , you pay upfront double , then have to wait for nearly 3 weeks for theproduct you've bought to be fixed , yet if you take it somewhere cheaper to get the same problem fixed by someone just as competent, you lose your warranty, stay clear please folks

Steer clear if you care about good customer service.

I ordered a jungle one scooter having already got one. Product is good. But customer service and care is very poor. I ordered scooter on a Sunday and on their website it said that if ordered on weekend it would be delivered on the Tuesday. I work so I wanted to be sure of this and rang them on the Monday to make sure, which I was told yes. So I took the day off work for it not to turn up which obviously made me angry because not only did they cost me a days wage for nothing but also time I could of spent with my misses and the uncertainty of not knowing what is going on. I had to mess around on ups trying to get it sent to a collection point which I had to do about 3 times over the next couple of days as it still seemed to have my address as shipping address. I had to mess about doing this because I couldn't waste another day off work not only because of wage but also because it would not look good to boss. I also sent an email of complaint because I was not happy and got absolutely no reply, not even a sorry! Before this experience I would of recommended and did a few times but now I will tell people off my experience and stress trying to actually get the scooter what I paid for! Get another brand from a supplier that actually cares about customer service.

Got The neon green jungle one great…

Got the neon green jungle one great scooter love the suspension as I've had other scooters that rattle your bones battery life could be better but for short trips it gets you there quickly the mobile app is cool just make sure to check your screws bolts every week because they can loosen overall great scooter

Bought two to use on boat

Bought two for use when in port in our boat, super useful as foldable for storage . We run them on comfort mode as we’re both in our 60ies and 25 as top speed is a bit too fast, love the wee stand and the way it interfaces with phone app. Range is fine for us we did a 12 mile trip on them up and down small hills and battery was then done . So that was our max range. When u first start they can be a bit wobbly but soon confident. A little bit sensitive to road bumps and the brakes tend to grab quickly so u have to lean back and prepare to brake . Overall really pleased with them we’ve done over 100km on them now and they are great

Super powerful and the suspension is a must have

The jungle scooter caught my eye in an eco vape shop and I decided to buy one on klana buy now pay later
I was dubious about the price as a similar spec model in another store was £599
I must say they are very powerful and I use it to get to work.
I have it on sports mode and have to travel up some big hills but it still does around 15km per charge

I work in a big office and just put the lock on via the app, it makes a noise and locks the wheels if anyone moves it
