Simon was exceptional

I spoke to Simon who was incredibly helpful . It was so nice to speak with someone who knew exactly what they were doing and who explained everything very clearly. a big thank you ! The phone was answered immediately too. No waiting around, no hassle.

Beware!!! They will ruin your business…

We have been using elavon as our merchant for the last couple of years and recently they starting delaying our payments without any contact. We are a Garden Furniture company and have been trading since 2006 with a 100% perfect record of zero charge backs and zero fraudulent sales. This company has absolutely no understanding of seasonal business so BEWARE! They flagged our account as we became busier than other months in April, really? A company selling garden products becomes busy in April! They have given us just 4 WORKING DAYS to replace them as a merchant or they are demanding £394,000 be transferred in to their bank by 13th May and held as a security deposit. We are now looking at trading through our busiest period of the year without being able to take a payment!!!

Lorna (opayo support) was brilliant, lovely, friendly, most helpful and gave me everything I needed to fix the problems. This lady deserves a gold star and should train the other staff. Excellent experience.
