Misleading when it comes to custom made mirrors and they are fully aware of it, but they dont seem to care. Why?
- Giving misleading information (incorrect shipping costs)
- Being aware of it and just ignoring it in my case (you are aware but not willing do anything about it for me)
- Sending a discount code that I cant use without mentioning it cant be used for a custom made mirror, after I specifically inquired about that mirror. So why would you send it then?
- After all of this coming to surface still deliberately choosing not to compensate or at least give a gesture of good will to the customer.

I can't comment on the mirror itself since I didnt buy one after all of the above. Just be aware that it isn't all what it seems with Ela Mirror.

We placed a large order (#264379) for an ultra-light mirror wall on August 18, 2026, totaling €1,739.90. The payment was fully settled via Mastercard. The official invoice stated a delivery date of August 19, 2026.As of today, September 4, the order is over two weeks overdue. The Shopify portal still shows the status as "Preparing for shipment," meaning the items haven't even left the warehouse, and no freight tracking number has been provided.We have emailed customer support multiple times. Instead of a concrete update or tracking link, we only receive vague automated responses telling us they will "check and come back in a while." This is highly unprofessional for an order of this value.We are writing this publicly hoping that management will take this seriously and immediately provide either a verified freight tracking number or a full refund. We have already initiated a formal dispute with our bank due to non-delivery.
