Good price and came safely, although it took a bit of time and delivery to Scotland was pricey. Original delivery date was not suitable, but luckily the courier came a day early, otherwise there would have been a problem. Would be better if delivery was to front door, not just kerbside.

I felt compelled to share my experience with Sammy at EFlooring because the service I received was truly exceptional.
When I reached out to Sammy last Friday, I urgently needed a black LVT border. It was my first time contacting him and I hadn’t used EFlooring before. Even though it was a small order, Sammy went above and beyond by ensuring my border was delivered to the courier that very afternoon. Thanks to his efforts, it arrived on Monday just in time for my fitters!
I wish every company provided this level of customer service—it’s simply outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend EFlooring to anyone looking for quality service. A truly remarkable company. Thank you!

All round excellent
Not used these guys before, but I have to say, the experience was EXCELLENT. In particular, Ash was very quick in responding to emails and questions, which on this occasion was really important due to the short lead times that I had. Price also very good. I did get a slightly lower quote, but more important on this job was the speed of delivery which was really excellent and the first class communication. A clear case of when paying a little more is definitely worth it for first class service.

To clarify, delivery surcharges are set by couriers due to the size and weight of flooring products, and certain postcodes across the UK (including parts of Scotland) do incur additional costs from couriers themselves.
These charges are not something we add ourselves, and they are clearly disclosed on our website before checkout so customers are aware in advance.

Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with eFlooring. They sent me the wrong product, and then told me I’d have to wait another week before they could redeliver the correct one. When I agreed to a collection, they said they’d come first thing in the morning. I waited in all day, only for them to finally show up at 4pm.
No apology, no urgency, no respect for my time. Completely unprofessional — would not recommend to anyone. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.

We’re really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience — it’s never our intention to cause inconvenience, and we understand how important timing is when you're planning a fitting.
We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. The issue was reported to us on Wednesday, and we arranged collection and redelivery as quickly as possible. Your replacement was with you by Friday — within 48 hours — so it could still be fitted by the weekend, as you mentioned.
Regarding the collection timing, we did request a morning slot on your behalf. Unfortunately, our third-party courier wasn’t able to accommodate that, so we secured the earliest available option — which was an afternoon collection for that same day. We agree this wasn't ideal, but we did everything we could to work within the limits of their schedule.
Throughout the process, we kept in regular contact with updates and apologised for the inconvenience caused. While we understand your frustration, we genuinely did our best to resolve things swiftly and fairly.
Thank you again for your order, and we do hope everything went smoothly with your fitting in the end.
