Basically i was trying to enroll in a parking app and this have a pop up right when you try to add your credit card details, they charge me 20 USD subscription fee and another 8 USD for a cancellation fee. What a Scam!

I accidentally set up this account whilst browsing fur a parking app when I recently stayed in London.
It was ok but it wasn't the intention.
I spoke to Doris to explain why I wanted to cancel and said it wasn't a problem.
It was terminated without any additional charges.
Although 1 payment had gone through for the month which was too late to refund.

I want to refund my money because i dont know why i joined this company.

I made a subsciption my mistake and wanted a free cancellation. This was promised. I hope it will be true

I did not even tryied this system because I
am very busy.

So I got charged £23.09 for the membership today but before I contacted them I was looking through my emails to find it and try cancel the membership myself but I was unable to so I have contacted them to try solve the problem with them and I got connected with Marc, I talked with him and I asked him if there is any way I can get a refund a full one but he said no, so I was trying to get refunded at least half of it and cancel it, as I didn't recognise the website and didn't remember paying or topping up for anything so yeah, luckily I was able to get at least half refunded for what I was charged so I was happy when my problem got solved

I had an urgent question ❓ and opened chat and got connected with Doris who was very helpful and the issue was resolved quickly and easily and she is very polite, thank you Doris

I got charged for a subscription I didnt realise was activated. Got on educated.fun website to request a refund, and they have a brilliant live chat, very responsive and efficient. After a brief check they found my subsctription payment on their side and they refunded the full amount confirming the refund within seconds. Very efficient, thank you!

Marc dealt with my query immediately and efficiently without any ado.

This company is scam! I never signed up and keep insisted. They wrote to me they confirmed a refund to me on 22Feb2025 and I will receive in 7-10 business days. 5Mar2025, upon my follow up, they simply just replied due to policy they cannot refund me back.

Dishonesty, cannot be trusted. Their emails just playing and wasting your your time.

To be honest I can't remember singing up but the agent I spoke to cancelled my subscription.
