Scam company. Wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering. Everything looks good on the surface. But do not buy anything from this website. Your order will never show and when you try to email or call the number you do not get a reply. Phone number is disconnected.
The tracking information says my parcel was damaged and then destroyed.
As with all the reviews on here. Chinese company posing as a British one.

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews first
I did get a delivery and the quality of the item is ok but not what I ordered

Premium delivery is a joke as they are based in China which is not made clear at all.

I have ordered a pair of lady's sandals from their website and the item is awful when they arrived. The item is from China and the quality is so poor. I was born in China so when the item arrived and I realised they are only free market cheap stock and only worth a few pounds. Since then I have emailed and phoned them to ask a retrun. But I have never received any reply and no one answered phone. This is not only poor service company and also a very dodgy business who uses false business images on line to sell extremely poor quality goods from China. They are daylight rubbery.

Item arrived damaged. Emailed support, no response, completed the form on their website, no response, telephone number doesn't exist. Avoid!

The shoes were not as described after waiting a long time for delivery. I have e mailed them to ask for a returns address ...they not replied

Wish I’d had read reviews before buying hopefully you will 😊 bought my item thinking from description that it would be what I wanted and ordered but sadly was not to be first of all false advertisement second customer services is terrible and was basically ignored and after at least five emails I gave up

I ordered a pair of wide fit sandals described as 'comfortable sandals.' Delivery was free, the website sales video and photos seemed impressive. 12 days later the item arrived. The product quality was poor basically made of polystyrene and the surface of the sole was slippery plastic. Only the stretch fabric uppers bore resemblance to the video footage. This would be dangerous for me to wear due to slips and falls hazard. I promptly tried to return the item then to discover the absent customer service. There is no invoice with returns form in the package. Emails are not responded to, nobody answers the mobile phone number which has an overseas dialing tone. I was advised by a professional person to return the item to the website address which I did using recorded delivery. The item was signed for 16 days ago and still no communication or refund has been made. I am really disappointed.

I ordered a pair of sandals in July but have not received them. I no longer get replies from any communication.

Yet another example of a Chinese company masquerading as English, stealing videos from genuine company websites and passing them off as their own. Cheap knock off rubbish. Fake videos fake reviews and cheap nasty products.

Pity I have to give a rating at all as sure this is a scam company or they know nothing of customer service!!
Wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering a pair of sandals that are too big and I wish to return for a refund. I won't hold my breath.....!!
On their site they say just contact them and they will promptly arrange return and refund - complete rubbish!! They don't respond to emails and the phone number is an automated messaging service - left my name and number but again not holding my breath......!!

Ordered Safety Shoes. One week later and I’m still waiting for delivery. Allegedly, Edilyo have depleted their U.K. and European stock, and the shoes I’m tracking are currently in China.

Have asked for a refund for two pairs of safety shoes, but they just don’t seem to be listening…

Bought product from this site and wish I had'nt. Looking at previous reviews putting in for a refund/return will seem fruitless as they dont care. thankfully only spent £19.99. Shoddy product that doesnt do what it says.
