I recently received my order from Edilyo, and I must say I'm impressed. The shoes I purchased were exactly as described, and the sizing was spot-on. The customer support team was friendly and attentive, promptly addressing my concerns. The shipping process was smooth, and the delivery arrived on time. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would definitely shop at Edilyo again.

Placed an order . First item never turn up lost in transport. Requested a replacement. Communication was great with support email address. Replacement item also never turned up . (Evri couriers) . This time ask for a refund as given two attempts to deliver. No reply to any emails to support email address. Seem to have disappeared. No refund as yet or any communication. Hence bad review posting.

shoes were smelling very chemical. could not get a response to get a returns label. they just vanished into thin air! had to dispute this with my bank - sandals were absolute rubbish! A lot of bad reviews online - i should have read this before purchasing but saw their address was in covent garden and thought it would be ok - unaware they just purchased a po box in covent garden - came from chinese factory, very misleading

The products are not genuine.
I bought 2 pairs of HOKA before checking the reviews and immediatly cancelled my order (within 1 hr).
The positives are that customer services responded, confirmed that the products were copies and agreed to refund my money.
They communicated with me throughout (answered my emails).
The refund came within 10 days but there is a £10 processing fee which feels harsh.
This feels like a scam site, but i havent seen any actual products to comment and apart from the £10 so far it hasnt cost me anythying but I have changed all of my passwords JIC

I bought a pair of Hoka which they say have been delivered but I have not seen them ,they sent me a picture of my side gate as proof of delivery ,I would not buy from these muppets

I bought 2 pairs of HOKA. I believe they are fake packaging and quality of shoes nothing like any other HOKA I have purchased. Emailed them twice to raise issue absolutely no response. I would not buy from this site
Update HOKA have now confirmed they do not supply to this company so strongly advise you do not purchase from them

sent me wrong sized trainers. won't respond to multiple messages seeking a refund or return. appalling bordering on fraudulent.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering a pair of shoes from this company having read bad reviews but I must say when my sandals arrived I was delighted they matched the description exactly they are very comfortable they kept me informed about the delivery delivered on time and the customer services were very helpful just a little warning I did order half a size bigger than I normally take but they fit perfectly so well done Edillo

They do not respond when trying to contact them for returns

I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka Clifton 8's. I had never heard of this company before.
They came up on a Google search for the trainers.
As I had not heard of them I checked the address.
As it stated Lindon I went ahead and ordered.
Was confused when tracking came ftom China!
Contacted customer services and they got back to me instantly saying stock came from there.
Trainers arrived. Strong smell opening box. Trainers half size bigger than my hoka's but they were too small.
Toe was a different shape than my hoka's!
Emailed customer services multiple of times and got IGNORED!
Wrote to my Consumer services and got advice.
Return address on parcel was different from London address and it stated sender only not seller!
Make up your own mind if counterfeit goods.
My opinion, save yourself stress and hassle.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT BOTHER BY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.
HONESTY DOES NOT COUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE.
DESPICABLE!

Stay away by all means! I actually made the purchase and started reading the reviews afterwards which is my mistake. Sometimes, you really underestimate online reviews, but there’s a reason why this company is very badly rated here. First off, your item isn’t located in the UK, it is coming from China, meaning waiting for 3+ weeks in the best case scenario. Secondly, I got a confirmation on a pair of shoe I bought on this site being of “high quality” however not genuine/authentic!!! And that on its own is enough for me as they should state this on the product page. I have reported this to trading standards, and raised a dispute with my bank due to the fact they keep playing the ping pong game on emails saying each time: sorry if the refund is taking long we don’t know what happened etc.. finally they stopped actually replying to me, however I got my money back. Don’t consider buying from this site and all shall be good

My 80 year old mother ordered sandals but found them uncomfortable. Six emails later and still no reply, phone calls unanswered. She is most upset. Disgusting customer service. You cannot return the item you order as you have to ask for a returns label which obviously you cannot get!

No response, no comeback. Don't touch.

I ordered a pair of trainers from Edlilyo then got concerned when I read the negative reviews reporting non existent customer services and so I cancelled the order with an hour. Customer services was responsive and promised a full refund. I had to chase them and eventually 04.05.23 I received the refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. At least I got my money back but the 10% policy is pretty unethical.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the anti-snore device. They have not replied to enquiries about the ambiguous instructions, nor about returning the item.

Ordered wrong colour sandals, they had no problem changing colour.
Delivery came within a week.
Was expecting them to be awful going by bad reviews 😕. But I am delighted with them!!! Can't fault this site!!

No reply to my calls and emails for a return. I did receive the item I purchased, took 2
Weeks to get to me. But they were the wrong size and I tried to return.
Phone calls aren’t picked up and emails are ignored.
Stay well clear of this company, no wonder they have 89% 1-star reviews!!!!!!

Tried to contact customer service. No reply two weeks later despite multiple emails and using the 'contact us' form. Phone number supplied says disconnected.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS S… PLACE , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BIG CON !!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE

No response, device doesn't work as it should, asked for a refund, and for ignored. Don't buy from this company.
