Great products that we can rely on to…

Great products that we can rely on to be best for our fur child. He has a sensitive stomach and the lamb kibble works great for him after a bad experience with other mainstream brands. Thank you!

Really enjoyed by my cat

It's so easy to make changes to delivery date if needs be and Rufus my cat really enjoys the chicken kibble from Edgard and Cooper.

Yummy!!

My dog Bert, gives this an excellent as he absolutely loves the salmon biscuits. He's on his 2nd bag!! Will definitely be ordering again.

My dog loved these biscuits but …..

My dog loved these biscuits .
Sadly an error made by the company with my subscription whereby they sent the wrong product means I could
Not recommend them.
Customer service refused to send me the
Product my dog has been using under subscription for the last 6 months unless I paid again made no offer or attempt to help despite emails back and forth . Not suprised that they told me if I pay again I could have the correct product .
I have cancelled subscription and won’t use them again which is a shame for my Harley .

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I completely understand your frustration, we’re really sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this caused you and Harley.

I’ve looked into what exactly happened. During the launch of our optimized kibble range, the 0.7 kg Organic Beef bag that you usually ordered via your subscription was discontinued. Only the 2.5 kg bags were available. We sent an email to notify you about this change and temporarily paused your subscription so you could make the necessary adjustments, such as adding a larger bag manually.

We can see that you manually added a bag of chicken kibble to your subscription. It’s possible this was done by accident, but no system error occurred, the change happened via your customer portal. We also noticed that no new bag of beef kibble was added, which likely gave the impression that the wrong product was sent.

We’re glad to see that you’ve now successfully updated your subscription, and your next order will include the beef kibble as usual.

We truly regret the confusion and inconvenience this caused. Our goal is always to make subscription changes as smooth as possible, and we understand that in this case, the process may have been unclear. We really appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication around subscription adjustments and product changes.

We’re very sorry again for the frustration and hope we can make it up to you in the future.

I had a bad experience with Tessa from client service after my order was canceled with no explanation. She was impolite and unapologetic. When I asked how I could give feedback she stopped responding to my messages.

Thank you for your review. Your order was cancelled because you created a new account and attempted to apply a discount code that is only valid for a first order. Our system detected that an order had already been placed previously using a different account at the same address, and that the same discount code had already been used at that time. Tessa from our Customer Happiness Team also explained this to you.

We’re sorry if this was not entirely clear or if it wasn’t communicated in the way it should have been. We will pass this on internally.

My fussy dog loves this food

My fussy dog loves this food. The subscription makes it easy to keep the supplies stocked and the online system makes changes really easy. I get a reminder in good time to check what I need.

Never arrived

I ordered some tuna for my cat but when I checked in with my son it never arrived. I told the company about this and they expected me to complete a DHL form which had to be printed off. With no access to a printer I asked them to take responsibility for this and refund my money. I won’t be using them again.

Fraudulent transactions and money taken without out knowledge!

I went to look at the cat foods and selected a few things to try but did not complete the order. It now turns out I was sent and charged via Shop for an order in February which I did not know I’d be sent so was never collected and now more money has been taken for a March order. I did not order these, I did not set up a subscription!!! I have just gone into Edgar’s Cooper to find there is an account for me but just my name and address which I have not created!!! This is fraudulent and I want a full refund for monies that have been taken without my in or permission and for orders I have not received. Scandalous!!!

I have been using E&C for over 2 years…

I have been using E&C for over 2 years now, their customer service is great and I love the little awards and discounts that I get. Would highly recommend the subscription option as you get a good discount.
