I'm really sad to leave a one star review as the products are great and the customer support was really helpful. But... they need to stop using DPD for deliveries. I've cancelled my subscription following a second occasion where DPD failed to deliver, despite someone being in waiting for the parcel, and then made it impossible to track down or collect at their service point.

I have no complaints as everything I’ve ordered has arrive very quickly, Jena is nearly 13 yrs old and don’t want to change her food as she has had problems with changes recently.

Easily accessible website when ordering, the cats totally love their new dry food and it's all packaged up and sent in a well designed, recyclable parcel.

The products seem to be good quality and our dog likes them, just a little too expensive. Our dog has a meaty strip at night, usually £1.50 for 20. But E&C's strips are £6.99 for 7 strips (one pack actually only had six and a half). So £1 a strip instead of 7p a strip. As our dog has got older, wheat and gluten can make him sick, so we are trying him on gluten-free products and he has been fine. Just a shame that the cost is so much more.

Rosie recently went to the vets for her booster vaccination. The vet we saw was so impressed with her condition and muscle tone.
Rosie is a cocker spaniel, a lot of them put on excess weight when they get to around 6+. Rosie is 7.5 runs like a youngster and very fit. What more can I say!!

The delivery itself was impressively fast - my order arrived the very next day, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the package was in terrible condition when it arrived, looking as though it had been kicked around like a football. I had ordered the Kuipjes Bundel (canned food in soft packaging), and several of the cans were dented. That said, I have no complaints about the food itself - my dog absolutely loves it! I'm now placing my next order with some hesitation and truly hope the packaging and handling will be much better this time around.
