Not only is my mobile bill now more than 50% cheaper than my previous provider I also get twice the data! Swapping to Ecotalk was super easy and seamless and I can be quite a technophobe! Also so good to know the profits from this company go towards making a better world.

As I've always been passionate about nature and its vital restoration, I'm so excited that the profits generated from my family's mobile phone use will be going into their wonderful nature restoration projects instead of massive corporations' vast coffers!
Ecotalk also make switching providers and keeping your number really quick and easy, the SIM deals are excellent, the mobile coverage is great, and the customer service is so friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe just how quickly the lovely Yasmin was in replying to my email! Within no time at all, thanks to Yasmin's helpful instructions, I was all sorted. I have been with ecotalk for over a year now, I originally found them because I live in a weird part of Coventry where for whatever reason no other operators signal works in my home other than EE where by I get 4 bars of signal, O2 or Vodaphone networks = non functional.
I was somewhat happily with Virgin mobile (EE network) until O2 took them over and moved everyone over to their backbone network and the performance tanked, I had friends call me from my own living room with them sat in front of me and yet their calls could not connect. I moved to three other providers and all of those, lebara, Vodaphone, and some other obscure payg sim, all non functional for signal, but Ecotalk thankfully is on the EE network and had just started up so I thought I would give them a try.
It has been nothing short of a pain free experience, sure there was the odd website gremlin back in their early months but all new businesses have teething problems. The service itself is VERY affordable, plentiful in terms of what you get, I pay £7 for 3 gig data, unlimited calls and texts. It is blissfully easy to understand in terms of website, billing etc, and any extras needed are no trouble at all for them, such as my need to be able to send old school picture messages to my mum as she only has a flip phone, she hates smart phones. This for Ecotalk was no problem at all, for Lebara it wasn't even possible, that and I am fairly sure they sold my info to sales agents as I got hammered with cold calls as soon as I left.
In any case, thank you Ecotalk / Dale & crew, :) it is a wonderful service, polite useful friendly staff. Much obliged, keep it as is and I will keep you as is for my remaining 20 to 40 years :o)

I wanted to upgrade my package deal so emailed Ecotalk with my request. Within 45 minutes I'd had a reply from Sheri confirming that it had been upgraded with effect from my normal payment day. No quibbling, further questions or trying to push for a bigger upgrade. Exactly what I hoped for.

Swapping over to Ecotalk was quick and easy. My new SIM was delivered quickly and connected almost immediately after activation.
And when I contacted customer services to make an enquiry, I spoke to an actual bone fide human person!!

The process of transferring my mobile phone account to Ecotalk at the beginning of this month(April '26) has been made straightforward and relatively stress free thanks to their excellent customer services team. These days it's so refreshing (if somewhat rare) to be able to speak directly to a real person and not some AI generated cyborg! I had a couple of conversations with the team: I was guided through the registration/transfer process first and then needed to contact the team subsequently to resolve a technical glitch. All my queries have been dealt with promptly by friendly courteous staff, who couldn't have been more helpful. On my experiences to date I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ecotalk. Vastly improved service at a significantly reduced cost: what's not to like?!

The pleasant and helpful attitude of the staff. Things had gotten a little complicated and they were able to sort all the issues and offer back up support until it was all ironed out! Any waiting (and it was never long) provided beautiful birdsong instead of grating power ballads! Would highly recommend.

I switched from Tesco Mobile two months ago and I must say having human beings on the phone who have feelings, a real voice, and are super helpful is a unique selling point of this time!
Really really helpful people, deal with any issues quickly, and again, a real human on the phone! 5* all the way, and the coverage is great
