Service and responsiveness are exemplary.

I've only been with Ecotalk a short time but I found their service and responsiveness to be exemplary. Even if they weren't less expensive than the carrier the use, I'd still be recommending them.

Great provider with real ethics

Great provider with real ethics. I love what eco talk stand for. Yes there are slightly cheaper deals but this company puts back. Easy to use website and excellent easy to access customer service. Recommend.

A great customer service experience

Spoke with Shannon from customer service today, who was very friendly, helpful and resolved my issues quickly. I've been with eco talk for a while now and happy with the service. It helps knowing you can get through to customer service quickly and speak to someone without being stuck on hold for ages.

Support the future!

I first saw the ads for Ecotalk on IG and thought it was too good to be true. I'm trying to do what i can to live consume consciously and help our planet and so this seemed like an obvious decision. The move was super easy and smooth, and the customer service is absolutely amazing (and most importantly HUMAN). I'm now one month in and the service has been far better than my previous provider (o2) and I am a very happy customer. The price is also super reasonable. Its 5 stars from me. Good experience as a new customer after losing my phone.

I recently became a new customer with Ecotalk but unfortunately lost my phone and had to report this to the customer service desk by email. Received a prompt reply and once I had my new phone and also new sim (which arrived the day after I requested it from Ecotalk) I was able to have a telephone conversation using a friend's phone to let the company know I was ready to set up the new phone. This I managed successfully after helpful guidance from your colleague. Marvellous to be able to talk to a real person and not a chatbot!

Love the principle and the price
