The work men were careful to protect our property and were polite and punctual. The main jobs were done quickly but there were a couple of problems that took some sorting out.

Great company to deal with. Everyone from the lady who did the estimate, the surveyor, the telephone staff and the fitter were first class - professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A special mention is due to the guy who fitted the glass who was so quick and efficient as well as being easy to get along with. Everything was left clean and tidy and the job completed to a high standard.
I needed some of the window panels replaced in the new house I bought, from the first appointment to the actual fitting it was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend 😀
There isn't an option for 0 star. We have been waiting several months for the company to return our deposit. Despite endless calls, complaints, emails, nothing is done. You ring the office number and get the same response from the staff "The Directors have approved your refund, it is down to them, there is nothing we can do" I feel sorry for the staff who are clearly embarrasse! Have absolutely nothing to do with this company. Don't wait for your refund.....it isn't being returned!

Without a doubt the worst company out there!! It’s the 19th April 2025 and I’m still waiting for my refund from January! Utterly overpriced and terrible customer service clearly poor business management issue! Absolute joke of a company! Do yourself a favour and find a local trustworthy and honest independent person stay clear of this circus!!!

Puctual, polite and installed 8 replacement window panes in 2 rooms with no fuss, at an affordable price.
As with many others, I have been waiting months for the return of my deposit of over £4,000 for an order I cancelled when things started to go wrong with the order.
Excuses after excuses followed each and every time I rang to get my money back. I even tried to speak to Mr Scott Johnson who I was told was the finance director, but was told each time I asked that he was unavailable.
I had cancelled my otrder well within the 14 days as stipulated in their terms and conditions. Too late did I hear about the Watchdog episode, otherwise I wouldn't have gone near them with a barge pole, I urge you not to get involved with them at all.
Update 16/04/2025 @ 1349 Hours.
I originaly spoke with your representative on the 14th of January 2025 who made arrangements for the building inspector to come and confirm the order (6890) and to receive the deposit. This occurred as planned and I paid the deposit on the 20th January, after the building inspector asked me to forewarn the next door neighbour of the need to have scaffolding on their property so that the roofing work could be carried out. He said that we would be informed when the work was due to start.
On Sunday 26th scaffolders arrived out of the blue with no prior warning as was promised. I spoke to the scaffolders and informed them that the next door neighbour had not been informed that the work would start that day. They replied that there would be no need to put scaffolding on the neighbours property. This rang alarm bells and I looked online to see if there was a telephone contact for weekend calls at Ecosave. What I found online chilled me to the bone, I saw several reviews about the poor service from Ecosave and one referring to a Watchdog programme. After having watched the link I immediately told the scaffolders that I was cancelling the order and asked them to leave.
There begins the long, long story of trying to get my deposit of £4,668 returned.
I have never received any emails from you, except for the 2 automated receipt responses on 27/01/25 @ 14.33 and 30/01/25 @ 12.36 (the second being the cancellation of my order by email). Since then I have tried multiple times to get things moving by telephone and have had no sucess. The numbers quoted on your paperwork have now been taken out of service and there is no contact available.
Meanwhile I refer to your reply;
Dear Alan, this doesn't sound right at all ( It may not sound right, but it IS) and we asked you for more information (I have not received any request for clarrification until today) in order to identify and verify your comments in relation to Ecosave365, as Trustpilot is an A.I. platform it does not verify reviews (To verify this review may I suggest you look at your email archives for the dates I quoted above) and as such may have been intended for a different but similarly-named company (Your paperwork refers to itself as both Ecosave AND ecosave365.co.uk). Please reply to the request emailed some time ago (Again I reiterate you have NEVER contacted me, apart from automated receipt of emails).
Regards,
Ecosave365.co.uk
I have paperwork and notes for all communications which I can produce here if you so wish.
19/08/2025 Update
Sadly for the bank, all communication from them to ECOSAVE365 went unanswered after the usual runaround. However the bank agreed that I should not be held responsible for the companies bad faith and gave me a full refund.

THIS IS A TOTALLY UNREPUTABLE COMPANY.
Cold called my vulnerable 85 year old father about replacement of glass in windows, despite them previously been informed that they were under no circumstances to do so.
They coerced him to agree to pay £1200!!!! to replace two windows glazing.
I am reporting this company and it's director to Action Fraud.
Note that it's parent company has this stated on the Financial Conduct Authority's website;
"365Windows Ltd
Reference number: 1006864
This firm is no longer registered with the FCA as an Appointed Representative of an authorised firm, and can no longer carry on regulated activities.
Do not start to do regulated business with an AR that is no longer registered."
Edit: I stand by all my review and will NOT be editing it further.
Ignore the deflection of the company's replies. I have not got the company incorrect.
[Interesting BBC One Show Watchdog report by the way... although you will try to deflect that too]
This company keeps altering their response stating that I have not added order number or real name to my review and that I am not a customer. Firstly, no where does it require to add an order number to do a review. Secondly, under no circumstances would I add my real name to a review on a social platform against my wishes and Trustpilot do not require to do so.
This company was contacted by myself after they had previously fitted glazing to my father's house and they were informed that, due to my father's age and vulnerability, they were not to contact my father directly again and were only to contact myself. This they said that they agreed to do so.
Despite this, they cold called my father again and persuaded him to spend another £1200. When i found out, only after they had been fitted, I rang the company to complain to be told "the manager was not in, but would ring me later in the day". Total surprise when no call came.
To add to this insult, the company thought it was professional to ring me just to say that "your father has a further grant, does he need more work done?"
Totally risible behaviour at best from this company.

if you need windows and doors, do not go with this company, when they give a quote they was a bunch of liars, I’ve been waiting 2 and half months for my deposit back, and I had to get trading standards involved. I’m a pensioner and cannot afford to lose 800 pound deposit.

Teams turned up as arranged, quality of materials and workmanship couldn't be faulted. Having said that, it was a little annoying to be contacted for thermal coating on exterior walls, despite cancelling appointment. We will however, should the need arise be in contact for any windows in the future.
The whole team were very good from start to finish. From the initial discussions , the survey and fitting of the windows and front door.
