This company took a £500 pre payment off me. They then said that they could not do the job. They have not returned my money to me. That’s nothing short of theft.
Initially the installation of replacement windows was very good. In the past year gaskets have on a few occasions come out from the frames. We have been chasing the company the past month, through e.mails and phone calls, for some attention to the situation and so far without success.
We will keep trying.
Having had our windows replaced we were pressured into having the front door replaced. The installation, May 2025, went well and we were pleased with the door. However, 4 months later we noticed the "plastic" veneer was peeling away around the glazed area. We complained, a surveyor came and said that the inner panel needed replacement. We subsequently reported that the door was also warping and water was getting into the cill. No action has been forthcoming despite several emails to them.
WE HAVE NOW DISCOVERED THE COMPANY IS DISSOLVED!
Guys stay away for your own good, i used to work for this company and they are absolutely disgusting animals who rip off elderly people and vulnerable people just to get a bit of money, they put a glass tester on your windows but they taught me that they put their finger in the way to pretend your windows are not good, they also make up their own price and pretend your getting a discount when in fact your getting robbed, they are based in bradford and closed down a few times before and reopen with new names to scam more people just read the reviews from customers and beware
It is the only way I can communicate with Kevin who has just posted a review . I share his concerns . I am still waiting for my refund of a deposit after I cancelled a job in early October , 2025 . The Director , Scott is impossible to get hold of and today when I called the company the number was ' unavailable '. I am very concerned . Despite spending alot of money with this company I have been treated with utter contempt , not by anyone I have dealt with directly , but by the lack of communication . Avoid at all costs !.
I wish to make further comments to my brief report of 16.12.25. to warn people how awful and non customer focused this company really is !
It is several months now since my windows were installed. Despite numerous e mail requests to Customer Services for completion documentation ( Certificate of Compliance and registration with the Local Authority Building Control, 10 year Guarantee underwritten by IWA - all as stated in Ecosave 365 Sales Brochure and an Invoice ) Ecosave 365 have replied to NONE of them !!
Be aware that the Ecosave 10 year Guarantee they issue is worthless if they cease trading as they do not register your details with the IWA !!
My advice to readers is : DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
As a few people below I have mixed experiences with this company. I've had a great deal.of work done by them (and their previous trading names Justglass and Geenmeasures - I suggest you check reviews I left for each of them as well). Recently they replaced some windows and did some work on my conservatory roof and door. All have 10 year guarantees. There is a slight leak coming from a join in the roof of the conservatory - they booked in an appointment for one if their team to call to assess it today. No one has arrived, no advice and the 0800 number is cutting off. I read on here they've gone into liquidation, which is what happened to the 2 previous companies who employed many of the same staff. I have now got useless guarantees for about £40,000 of work. The contractors they use are fine, but their sales methods are questionable, and it's fair to say they exploit elderly and vulnerable people. I've held off writing a review till now to see if Ecosave traded more ethically than Justglass or Greenmeasures. Seems they're following the same route. I recognise the voice of the person who does most of the cold calling with promises of government grants to get reduced pricing for work. Which you don't. I won't be having any further dealings with whatever name Ecosave reinvents itself with next.
THIS COMPANY IS BANKRUPT MORALLY
It’s treatment of pressuring the elderly and frail people to sign up for work that they are incapable to do at inflated cost then when the work is not done they refuse to repay the deposit .It is time that trading standards step in and stopped this practice ..
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY
They took £800 Pounds deposit for replacement glass which I cancelled within the right time frame

It's nearly 2years since my elderly parents were 'promised' yet again for a full refund. Surprisingly they still haven't received a thing from these vultures. Don't deal with them. They get away with it, so please DONT deal with them .🤬

The while I wait appointment wi coffee and Biscuit was very welcome x
Very dissatisfied, poor communication and customer service which had a lack of compassion for the situation. I lost my money.
My 82 year old brother suffering from a number of health issues was clearly persuaded to carry out totally unnecessary changes to his double glazing.
Absolutely shocking DO NOT BUY. Took advantage of my elderly mum took £846 cancelled the order and still waiting for the money back after 12weeks now it's having to go to small claims court and trading standards are involved.
Please, please think very carefully before sending any money to this company!
It’s been 9 months now & I still haven’t received my deposit back!! Having to take them to small claims court, so if you don’t mind all the hassle & frustration this company will cause you then by all means buy into their false promises!
Absolutely appalling 🤬😡😳
Also, love the fact EcoSave are only responding to the positive feedback messages…….
This is a reply for Pam Monaghan and Anthony Everett, both of whom are not getting their entitled refund from Ecosave365 and have left one star reviews recently.
I was in your shoes last year. Being fobbed off and not getting anywhere with my refund. But I forced them to give me my £2150 back, and here’s how…
Contact Citizens Advice (they’re brilliant) who will guide you through the process. Eventually, after you have carried out all of the statutory tasks to give Ecosave 365 due course to return your money (which they won’t do) you will be advised to open a County Court Judgement (CCJ) with the small claims court.
As soon as Ecosave365 received my CCJ, they refunded my money (7 months late).
I included interest owed on the CCJ and also charged Ecosave365 £15 per hour of my time (x10 hours of work) for the work I had to do to get my money back. This was successful.
Keep a dated record of every email, every telephone call you have with Ecosave365. keep the postal receipts for any ‘signed for’ letters you will need to send (the costs can be claimed back on the CCJ.
I hope this has helped. Unfortunately, I cannot message you on Trustpilot to answer questions.
Good luck with getting your money back. Don’t let Ecosave365 get away with stealing from you!
Pressured me to have the windows changed in my bungalow, paid the deposit, didn’t turn up to do the job and said they couldn’t do the job. I have phoned up to get my deposit back, which was out of my emergency fund, everytime I phone up to try solve the issue I am treated with condescending, dumb insolence, I feel belittled.
Please do not use this company, for your own safety.
Still waiting for refund from April and JuJust getting fobbed off if I can get intouch with them ,any advice!
Rogues, thieves, cowboys, take your deposit then never seen again, no return of calls, nice enough salesman, Alfie, but knew nothing about product, no samples, liar Leanne, customer service, lies, keep clear of this cowboy company, cannot believe they can get away with such theft.
