Last year it was good, now it is very poor service.
I used this service a year ago, very good. Would have given 5 / 5. But i think something has happened and now it sucks. I made the order but no labels were made available to download. After 2 days of waiting and trying their helpdesk, I gave up and cancelled the order, and tried making a new order, hoping to get labels generated for my second attempt. No luck. I eventually managed to get their helpdesk, who said they would send labels by email. 24 hours later, still no labels. I gave up and cancelled my second order.
My suitcases were picked up, but order marked as cancelled — no response!
I scheduled a pickup for two suitcases through Ecoparcel. A courier came and collected them from my home on the agreed day. However, just a few hours later, my order was suddenly marked as cancelled in the system, and both tracking numbers stopped working.
I’ve tried to reach customer service through email, their help center, and social media, but received no response whatsoever.
This is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially since my luggage is now in their hands and I have no way to know where it is. I need urgent support and an explanation and I would really appreciate if someone from Ecoparcel could respond to this urgently.

Booked a delivery within europe on May 14th. The logistics company used has still not picked up the parcel (collection date was May 19th).
Upon requesting a refund I was offered a new collection date. Yet again, nobody showed up.
I am guessing that no refund will be issued so I am reporting the transaction to my bank/card issuer.
They have really poor customer support
They have really poor customer ssupport. Issues are constantly passed around, rarely resolved, and it takes ages to get a reply.
Why are clients paying for someone else's' mistake?
There used to be customer service. Now nobody is available to ask questions. NOONE.
The pickup was scheduled and confirmed. 2 days passed and nobody came. When requesting cancelation, they said there would be a fee. Then we chose recollection instead. But there is still a fee.
Why should the client pay for someone else's fault????
Also, prices go up like crazy. There is no "advantage" in using their portal anymore. If we withdraw the prepaid funds, I'm sure there would be more fees.
Also when I wrote a 1 start review on their site, it didn't even show up on the main page. Crazy and ridiculous!
This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! They take your money, your parcel and then disappear. Customer service is not real people, it's a bot who's not gonna help you to find the parcel or return money. AWARE!!!

Relatively reliable service
Great service if the driver wasn’t so rude. I’m glad to say my boxes arrived at their destination only a few days later than promised.
I have used them again, only to find the pick up guy even more obnoxious and rude. Now I’m excited to see if the second shipment turns up as well.

First, the delivery was too late.
When I received the 2 packages today, they were absoluty broken. The inside with my personal items showed outside throught the broken package.
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Claimed twice that we wasn’t at home when they came for pick-up.
We have cameras logging all calls on our doorbell, and where at home both times. They were never here. To have a refund they want me to pay another €6. No way I will pay them more for a service they never performed. According to Ecoparcel they don’t answer, monitoring or use reviews from Trustpilot. That hasn’t stopped them from advertise on their website that they have an average of 4,5 stars. Hard to believe after seeing their reviews here on Trustpilot.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service
We paid for a pickup service expecting a reliable and timely collection of our packages. Unfortunately, what we experienced was far from acceptable. Despite scheduling the pickup for Monday, no one showed up — and we received no clear communication or updates throughout the week.
Only late on Friday did we finally get a response, which did nothing to resolve the issue. As a result, we were left with no choice but to delay shipping until the following Monday — a full 8 days after payment. This has negatively impacted our business and caused complaints from our customers.
The lack of accountability and poor communication made this one of the worst shipping experiences we’ve ever had. We won’t be using this service again.

Looks like scam!!! Can't cancel the order even that I paid for that option. No help service not telephone contact but only AI bot responding with template answers. More likely you never gonna received your parcel with them so better not used their service.
Be careful - SCAM Business!
Be really careful with them. It's cheap and that's for a reason.
We had a package lost. Very little customer support and now they are scamming us on the insurance. They change the value in the backend and don't provide you any information so they can say you didn't buy the extra insurance.
Only send things than you can replace easily. Take photos of all your items and the box and every step you take on the website to keep in case you need it later.
I would pay more to use another provider.

They were supposed to take the parce on the 15, after 4 days, they did not take it yet.
Further, assistance is slow and does not investigate. They could only tell me, "The courier has been out to collect parcel again today.".
No information on which courier, no call to the number.
Very bad experience. I will ask for a refund.
