Excellent from start to finish. We ordered a pergola from here. They cam out really quick to measure up and as soon as it arrived it was fitted. It’s transformed our garden, so we’ve ordered another!! Faultless and excellent value for money. Highly recommend

I have purchased a composite fence with aluminium rails. Very good and quick responses to email queries. One package arrived damaged and a part had fallen out of the box. Missing part was immediately sent by next day delivery.
After assembly a trellis at top of fence wasn't sitting quite right. I emailed Ecomposite and they are supplying parts FOC to correct the problem.
Their service was excellent.

Very impressed with this company. Went far beyond great customer service with fantastic communication when there was a delay with our original order and they offered a more expensive alternative product at the same price. The composite fencing arrived promptly and we are very pleased with the quality.

From placing order, communication was first class. Emails and phone calls to clarify minor points. Was struggling to find a company who would deliver to NE Scotland. Not only did they deliver but at no cost to me. Highly recommended for Scottish customers if you're having the same issue. Competitive price. Reserved judgement until fence erected but it's looking great. Good quality materials. Website might've been a wee bit out of date as they no longer do light grey posts, only graphite. Was offered LED lights to compensate but they never arrived. Guess stores never got the message. Nevertheless more than satisfied with eComposites and would highly recommend.

The samples arrived within a couple of days and were neatly packaged.

The garden area now looking good love the screens now lit up at night. Screen arrived very quickly and in good condition

Communication with eComposite was very good. Izzy (from their Customer Service Team) replied to our emails very quickly and with useful information. We paid to get their composite samples and they arrived to our place very quickly. It was important for us to see the quality of the board and compare them with other samples we requested from other companies. We decided to purchase from eComposite because we liked the quality of their boards and their trellis were wider than other company’s trellis. The delivery of our order was fast. We received the pallet after a few days of ordering from them. We replaced 11 wood panels that were damaged in the last November 2024 storm. We decided to purchase composite panels to be fixed with concrete posts. We are very happy with the quality of the composite panels and trellis provided by eComposite. For some reason I cannot publish any pictures in this review but I must say that the final result is very satisfactory, and our new fence looks amazing. Our neighbors gave us a lot of compliments for our new fence. I would highly recommend eComposite company to anyone who is looking for this type of fence.

At short notice contacted Showroom to be able to view options. Quick response back from Rob who arranged to meet us at a convenient time to suit us. On arrival we were welcomed in a professional and friendly manner. Rob provided clear and informative information about all of the options available to us. He answered our questions knowledgeably and did not rush or pressurise us at all. Gave us options and followed up with further answers to our queries by email. After purchasing 4 fences from ecomposite products I can throughly recommend them if you are thinking of buying a new composite fence. After seeing how good the first fence looked we decided to carry on and replace all the concrete and wood panel fences round our house. If you need to speak to someone about your purchase ring the sales team, Faye and Izzy are very helpful in solving any problems you may have. If you need a quote for the price ring up or email and a few minutes later you will receive an email with the price and a link to a secure website if you decide to purchase. The delivery is very good everything is well packaged so it won’t be easily damaged and you are given a time slot on the delivery day.

Placed an order early September 2024. Estimated delivery time was disappointing and eventually received the goods mid October after a short delay. I had the fencing erected professionally and I’m very pleased with the end result. My one complaint would be that the instructions assume that the fencing is be erected on level ground. My site is on a slight gradient. Fortunately my fitters found a solution to the issue.

Had a very enjoyable customer experience with eComposite from the speedy delivery of samples, visiting the showroom to see the products on show with a very helpful discussion with Faye. We chose the aluminium posts as opposed to using concrete, and whilst the more expensive option, the ease of installation more than outweigh the small extra cost. Our first choice of colour were on back order so our second choice was delivered by their helpful delivery crew who put them exactly where we needed them. Communication with Izzy was great throughout and was very much appreciated. Just deciding on whether to treat ourselves to the post lights!!

Delivery was quick and easy. As was the installation. Very robust product. We are very happy with it and will be doing the rest of our garden with it
