Delivered prompt, logs differ in size which works out well in the scheme of things. Good value for money.

The firelighters are excellent and…
The firelighters are excellent and following an email to Ecoblaze regarding packaging damaged in transit involving the loss of some of the contents a new box of firelighters was delivered. Can't fault them on the ethics.
Despite the above five stars Ecoblaze could improve by actually responding to emails. The replacement firelighters were sent without any reply to my correspondence and the invoice stated the full price rather than zero.

I still haven't received my order
I still haven't received my order. Had to phone Ecoblaze to find out when I could expect delivery. It hasn't been sent so a further order was raised. Awaiting it's delivery.
