Ecliporia.com is scammers. I ordered a necklace over a month ago and I have tried to contact them to get my money back or the necklace but they are ignoring me. I tried to leave review on their site but they have a company called Judgeme that removes my reviews. So hopefully someone reads this before they get ripped off also. I bought the necklace on October 2.
I never received my package and i reached out to them and never heard back from them.
I never received my product and after a month of reaching out and trying to get a hold of a customer service representative I got no answer.
I didn't receive my order and you haven't responded to my two emails. I will be reporting you.
I bought milk powder on this website, but I have not received the package for nearly three weeks, and there is no after-sales help for me. Please be careful when shopping here!!!!!
I have yet to receive the product I have ordered. It has been allegedly shipped 2 times but both times the fedex tracking number is not associated with my name or address. The last one was delivered to a Christian school and was a vacuum, and in their name. I have tried to get money back and or my merchandise to no avail. Leaving me with no other conclusion than this is a scam website
I still have not received my purchase. The shipping information the company provided was for someone else's order. I reached out to the vendor through email, no response. I spoke with their AI chatbot and was told they would be in touch, no response. I asked the AI bot for a phone number for customer service- the number was invalid. I am still waiting on a refund through KLARNA
We have a newborn and a toddler, and this monitor has been such a relief. The split screen lets us check on both without running back and forth between rooms. It’s a little bulky to carry around, but totally worth it.
