E-Cells bike not delivered as ordered

I purchased an E-Cells Step Star, but it was not delivered as ordered. Over the past month there have been 19 emails and 6 phone calls, but still no resolution. On the third phone call, the representative stated that at the time I placed the order, their website was under construction, and shouldn't have allowed certain options. Nevertheless the website did collect the money, and I received email confirmation of the order and options. Their website claims "unparalleled customer service", but it hasn't been unparalleled in a good way...
