Tom Sennett organised my currency transactions. Communication was very good - explaining what I needed to know. The back up team moving the funds were equally professional. All 5 trades went smoothly and as intended.

EBURY are simply a great company to work with. All transactions are quick and efficient. Funds always received the same day and crucially their rates constantly better than other foreign exchange companies. Never had any issues with EBURY. Friendly, professional service and would recommend them every time.

Ebury has been helping us to manage our company currency needs efficiently and cost-effectively for several years. Their advisor is professional and helpful, keeping in touch without being overly pushy, and sending helpful background information about the movements in the currencies we deal in.

When we have sold currency through Ebury, we have always received the currency purchased promptly with no delays, which is very important to me given the large sums involved.

Our account was suddenly 'frozen' around 4 months ago. Ebury have promised to 'look into this' on multiple occasions, including a previous review - they don't reply to emails.

We have used Ebury for many years. Ebury froze our account with no explanation. They still won't tell us why. Ebury has left us without the ability to transfer funds to those vulnerable children we support for 6 months. Literally, without the ingenuity of the Trustees of our charity, children would have been starving due to Ebury's incompetence.

If they act like this towards a charity helping some of the poorest people in the world, how will they act with your money? We had a good experience with Ebury - until this happened and everything has changed.

I would not recommend them. If you are using them currently, I would advise that you make sure you have alternatives - because what happened to us, could happen to you next.

After going through a few FX companies, we have found a gem in Ebury. Great advice and account management, thanks @ Claudia Panetta, listened to what our needs were, consulted, advised and delivered on point without the heavy sell. Great tech, slick and easy to use, rapid in a the turn around - very impressed and best we've used so far, both in people and platform. Great work, highly recommended

it is not as easy as it is told the first time, the in between payment for currency that fluctuate much is making administration complex. The credit system is hardly working. rest ok

Always when I have a question I get a quick answer, mostly in 15 minutes. Ebury is easily accessible. The website is easy to use. In my eyes Ebury is a good broker with fair exchange rates.

Ebury is fast and enables us to do FX transactions without pain and a very sensible cost. Something you only get if you are a multinational with a bank. Ebury may not be for everyone but it is very good for us.
