Great service

I had ordered a new Bosch battery for my ebike. Sadly enough it was dead on arrival and would not charge.
After some quick (online) diagnosis by customer services I got sent a replacement battery and a shipping label to send back the broken battery.
Great communication and service throughout the process.

Incorrect freight quoted and final freight EXPENSIVE!

Goods received and as expected, so far so good.
The overall experience was very poor however, purchased via website on 27/July with freight quoted of €12.00, was contacted on 3/August and advised that due to the value (€61.93) and size (250mm x 130mm x 170mm) of the parcel the freight agreed was incorrect and a further €16.11 was required, when I went to pay this the company was wanting a further €27.33, making the freight total of €39.33 (over 3.25 time the original freight agreed). Which for a <€62 purchase in a small box weighing <1kg is excessive.
So while the product arrived quickly and was of good quality, the overall experience was poor/disappointing and the final freight cost (3rd time unlucky) was excessive!

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you encountered with the freight charges. We are aware of the current issue regarding the international shipping costs in our shop. At the moment, we are only able to ship orders with a value of less than €30.00 with the DHL letter service for €12.00, due to the amount insured. This is why we contacted you and kindly asked if you would accept the higher shipping costs for UPS Express shipping.

Unfortunately, a mistake occured on our side and your order got mixed up with an order from the US. For this reason, the email for you mentioned shipping to the USA and stated incorrect shipping costs. The payment link did contain the correct shipping costs, however we can understand your confusion as these costs were never communicated before. After you pointed out the error to us, we reiterated the correct shipping costs for New Zealand, which you then paid, and your order was shipped on August 7th.

Currently, our freight charges are under revision, and in the next couple of weeks, this issue should be resolved. Then, there will be a standard price for international shipments. Please note that the high shipping costs of €39.33 for NZ are provided by UPS, and we pass these on one-to-one to our customers. We do not intend to profit from shipping costs.

We truly value your business and hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

I wasn't able to find a new chainguard for my Kalkhoff ebike in the US after I broke it last summer. Not even with the local bike shop I bought it at. The last thing I can afford right now is a new ebike. Searching for it online, fortunately I found it at ebike24.com, bought it, and they shipped it to me right away. I received it in perfect condition in a short amount of time. Now I can ride my ebike again when the warm weather comes around in a few months. Thanks to the team at ebike24.com for helping me get my Kalkhoff ebike up and running again!

Fantastic Service

It wasn't working for 6 weeks. So Happy !
I ordered 2 of the 650mm Yamaha Speed sensors from you tonight, so I will have it in house to fix in future.

We sent your order as "Warenpost International Premium". Warenpost is a service provided by the Deutsche Post DHL Group. It allows us to send small packages for a good price worldwide. That is also the reason why the tracking only worked through the DHL website. DHL handed over the package to Posten Norge in Oslo. This explains why your package looked to you like regular mail.

I can assure you that your order was insured through the whole shipping process and in case your order went missing, our team would have taken care of it immediately. We would have contacted DHL in no time and ensured that your package arrives safely. If your package would have been completely lost, we would send out another shipment to you without any extra costs for you.

As I can see in the shipment tracking, your order was delivered successfully six days after you placed your order. I hope that you are satisfied with the spare part you ordered. If you have any questions or concerns, I would be happy to help you.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I ordered some Haibike parts in the UK that no other online store or UK dealer could get. The delivery took 1 week to arrive which was extremely fast. Customer service was great too. I emailed them what i was looking for and they created an invoice for me and a link to pay.
