I am enjoying the protein cheese, and the dried cheese snacks, I feel much healthier eating these than a chocolate bar, costs are reasonable and delivery comes really quick.

Grated mature cheddar cheese doesn't go out of date till 10th march, just opened a bag and its moldy throughout cant trust this cheese so everything disposed off, refund for 1 packet which is a joke. Do not trust this cheese, how long has it really been sitting there before dispatched.

The eatlean cheese is just great ,the look and taste is brilliant. The convenience of grated and sliced is really good.I love this product.

I bought grated, sliced and spreadable cheese from Eatlean
All taste amazing and melt perfectly only issue I had was that the slices stick together making it difficult to use 1 slice at a time.
Other then that amazing id highly recommend if your looking for low calorie high protein great quality cheese

I have twice bought direct from Eatlean. This is mainly because I really like their basic grated cheese and it is cheaper to buy it in bulk from them than from Tesco. However, I find that once opened the grated cheese quickly goes off with blue mould. Cheese via Tesco lasts longer, so I will go back to them.

It was delivered very promptly i bought 2 cheeses the block of the origonal and a block of the smoked. The orinonal has a very mild flavour the smoked one definitely adds something to it and i will definitely be ordering it again with some other flavours to try. They both melted really well.

Lovely low fat mature cheddar cheese. Good customer service and delivery service.

The eatlean cheese spread I ordered arrived in two days. It was all well packed with ice bags to keep it fresh and as usual it tastes yummy

Really good service quick and efficient. I am now subscribing to save an extra 10%. Eatlean cheese can be found in some supermarkets but online they have more varieties to choose from. I love their chilli one, smoked cheese and the mature one.

Super fast delivery. Extremely well packed and box even contained an ice pack which could either be reused or recycled.
Fantastic selection of products and many I wasn't previously aware of.
I will definitely be ordering again...just as soon as I've munched my way through this order!

This is THE game changing product in food terms. I am a full on cheese monster, love all cheese, but I’m also aware that cheese is not great health wise.

When we first saw an advert in a farmer’s field off the M6 saying, ‘High protein, low fat, supercharged cheese with 40% more protein, 90% less fat!’ I was sceptical, but definitely intrigued.

Fast forward a few years and we now regularly bulk buy this cheese and the cheese bites as a positive healthy addition to our healthy life choices.

With no additives and messing about this is great tasting cheese meaning cheese no longer comes with negatives but can now be fully enjoyed knowing it’s a healthy option which doesn’t slack on amazing taste.

Honestly it needs to be tried to be believe!

If it was not for Eatlean we would not purchase solid cheese at all, due to a necessary diet. We enjoy all the flavours very much except the chilli one, too spicy for us.
Other producers we have used in the past have disappeared. I have been buying Eatlean for several years and this is the first issue I have had, and it would not stop me from continuing to buy from them.
My order was placed just before Christmas, not the best time to order cheese. When it arrived on the 30th one item, the cheese block variety, was missing. I took a photo and called Eatlean straight way. I left it a while as it was a busy time of year, but I had to call and email several times. After dealing with Pascale in customer services the missing item arrived on 22nd Jan.
Pascale was friendly to talk to and apologetic. It seems that although the original mistake was down to the packing of the order, actions outside of their control also played a part, both human (the delivery company) and technology.

We eat this cheese to reduce the fat intake. The company is fine - can't fault them. Except that they only offer the cheese in 200gm packs - so I have to order 9 or more to last sufficient time between orders. Come on, Guys, why the small packs?

5 packs of grated cheese ordered. The first one opened had mould through it . I threw out all 5 packs as could not trust that it was safe to eat . Received a refund for one pack . I would not order from them again , poor customer service

I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from Eatlean.

I paid for 24-hour tracked delivery, but my cheese arrived 4 days after dispatch. When it finally arrived, the ice pack was completely melted and the cheese was at around 15°C, which is totally unacceptable for a chilled food product. For food safety reasons, I had no choice but to throw the entire order away.

What makes this worse is the lack of communication. I have sent multiple messages over several days chasing my order and requesting help, but I’ve received no response at all.

This is not just a delivery delay — it’s a food safety issue. At the moment, I’ve paid for products I couldn’t safely consume and have been completely ignored by customer service.

Unless this is resolved with a refund or replacement, I can’t recommend Eatlean and won’t be ordering again.

Update:
Since posting my review, I was contacted by Eatlean customer care and the issue was handled promptly. My order was re-delivered the next day, the cheese arrived at the correct chilled temperature, and all products have over a month of shelf life remaining.

I appreciate the quick resolution once contact was made.

Absolutely nightmare. My order was dispatched Tuesday 13th of January and it’s now 15th of January and no update on my tracking? Can’t get a reply on email or instagram. Costumer service do not care one bit about their costumers. I will cancel my subscription if your stealing from me

The eat lean cheese was delivered on time and well packaged. The cheese had a good sell by date and was in good condition. I really like this cheese because it is both low on fat and lactose free
