Good price, fast delivery and friendly helpful delivery man. Panels fitted and are really nice. Would buy again. Only issue I had was the Adhesive was not very strong and I could not see a manufacturer date on any of the box of 12 tubes I purchased. Therefore I could not recommend the adhesive and was rather disappointed with Easy Panels own brand adhesive. Wish I'd bought adhesive locally instead which I've used on other panels fitted elsewhere and was far better quality. Happy with the service.

It’s so easy to buy from this company.
The communication is great and the product even better.
The quality of their panels is so much better than the ones you can buy in any diy store.
They are individually wrapped and packaged and the driver hand checked each one before leaving.
I will definitely use them again

I have bought from easy panels a few times now and their staff always make it easy. I had to change delivery location at the last minute, they made it easy. The delivery drivers have always been helpful and pleasant and the product is always good quality.

Ordered 6 samples and after 4-5 weeks of chasing 2 samples arrived with the smallest of pattern on which was pointless. They was even one of the samples I ordered!

Really disappointing experience. Asked for a refund and was told I had to pay a £35 "restocking fee" first — fine, annoying but whatever. The catch? You can only sort it by phone, and their lines are 9-5 Mon-Fri. I work full time so calling during those hours isn't realistic. Finally managed to call on a day off and was told the refund window had closed by 2 days. Spoke to a manager, same answer. Feels designed to run the clock out on people who actually have jobs. Won't be using again.
