Easypaisa is ok for small amounts transfer. Like upto 1000. But when you send big amounts. You will receive the txt that money has sent. But actually they did not send. Then complaints system is very rubish. Too long time and no solution. Better use bank app.

Easypaisa can't login on my phone and they deactivate my account for 3 days. I have fear that my million rupees is in danger zone.

I have a problem last 3 months with my account i paid my credit card bill through Easypaisa app and have option to pay full amount or minimum but now thy just paid option auto setting to pay minimum amount its big issue for me I gave you 1 star for this setting otherwise don't feel for bad comments from my side.

Recently I have posted about the bad service provided by PTCL in which I mentioned that I paid my bill through easypaisa and whole amount was not paid and currently I'm unable to utilize the internet services.
Well on further inquiry from easypaisa team, it has been revealed that PTCL along with easypaisa are not more than scams and both are enjoying to earn HARAM. No one is agreeing to any fault they made and yet the common man is suffering!

I've been using Easypaisa for almost 2 years. I haven't got an issue but now as 2024 started there is an amount of almost 2500 deducted from my account. It says that I have taken a loan that's why the amount is deducted even though I haven't taken any loan. I called several times and emailed them they said That I had taken the loan I asked them to provide proof stating that I had taken a loan they failed to provide any. Very negligence from the customer support service. Now because of that reason I have shifted my account to some other platform.

i have a request to every one NOT to use Easypaisa App to much as i last all my money from it and now the funny thing is that they are every not willing to help me...if suddenly all your money is gone from your account and Easypaisa team is saying there is technical issue from last 3 weeks...hahahaha...please be aware of them as this can be happen to any one using Easypaisa.

It's a great app with user friendly interface. I can pay all my bills and make other transactions easily.

I have been using the Easypaisa app for a while now, and unfortunately, my experience has not been great. The app is very slow and often crashes, making it difficult to complete transactions or even check my account balance. The user interface is also not very user-friendly, with confusing menus and options that are hard to navigate.

Easypaisa is a brilliant app i can use it on 5 year i have so much experience in this app I Realy like this make deposit and withdraw my cash in this app

they always bound the money for many days . as per the situation now a days bank is going to be defaulters and all momey will be stuck i suggest u to take all your money out
