Lack of Transparency and connection with customer

I’ve been a Sadapay user for 3–4 years, and it’s generally worked fine aside from a few minor transactional hiccups. But a few days ago, I started seeing posts from people saying their balances were going negative, and now, on 24th March 2026, many accounts have been restricted. Their support is unreachable, there’s no presence on social media to offer any clarification, and their parent company, Papara, is under investigation for money laundering since last year.

Pathetic service ever!!!

Pathetic service ever!!!

It was one of the best services out there but as soon they were taken over by other company now even their services break down so often and they are doing a scam by saying the merchant charged back or charged double on your card which is a false claim at their end and even now their team is not even responding on time.

I think they really on a run now, I urge SBP/FIA/FBR to take strict actions against them.

They are fraud. Will deduct your amount and put in default list in State bank. Better to deactivate ASAP.

Avoid Sadapay, its scam app

you will never see any other useless banking app than sadapay. Avoid this at any cost. They will make your acc balance in negative without any reason plus they will ban your account without any warning

Regret using this app

If someone asks me what the app is…

If someone asks me what the app is like, I will tell them it is a very bad, very slow, and very inefficient app.So tired and such a crappy helpline, this app of their simple payers is a very crappy app. I had a very bad experience. If I have used any bad app in my life, there will be no worse app than this. Such a crappy helpline and this app isTheir transactions are so bad and so bad and later they don't even listen to their customers and this is fraud and this is a scam app.😡😡😡

Worst Customer Support

I emailed them several times, and their response is beyond pathetic. Their help is nonexistent. I would delete my account because of my dissatisfaction with this app, but they won't even let me do that.

SadaPay has no helpline number and no…

SadaPay has no helpline number and no live chat support, and I have been waiting over 11 hours without any response. On top of that, card transactions take up to 3 days to appear in statements, which creates serious problems during urgent verifications. There is also no receipt provided for card payments, making it impossible to share proof with third parties when required. A digital banking service without proper support, timely records, or downloadable receipts is not reliable for critical financial needs.

Absolutely useless Customer Service. I have provided as medical Certificate as per their advice. They promised a response within 2 working days but so far no action had been taken despite numerous messages.

"My business has been severely…

"My business has been severely disrupted for a week because of them. My account is still not being activated even though they were the ones who deactivated it. They asked me to get my biometric verification done, which I did by paying a fee, but my account remains deactivated.

Despite having a balance in my account, they are not returning it, and all my incoming payments are stuck because of this. Their service is absolutely pathetic."
