I ordered 2 solar pest boxes - one of the stakes was dented. There was no cable to charge them and no list of contents for the box.

My experience with Easylife Retail.
I have been a customer with Easylife for approx 5/6 years and I have nothing but praise for them. They will tell you if you're item will be delayed as it wasn't in stock when I ordered it. I don't think many other businesses tell you that. So yes I have a lot of faith in Easylife and I haven't had to send anything back.

Very good company.
My last order there was 1 item out of stock. I said I would wait and within a week my missing item was delivered.
Easy life is easy to order from and prompt with deliveries. Very satisfied as a long term customer.

Amicably resolved problems.
This was a bit messy. Things were added to my purchases which I hadn't ordered. However, after numerous emails the sproblem was resolved. The Evri courier was very helpful and we sent back the wrong items. However, one item was out of stock for 2-3 months and I think it's very misleading to show it in the catalogue if it's out of stock. I would have liked the rollater earlier in the summer and we eventually received it yesterday. I think it should state out of stock and when it's due in then I could make a decision to wait or see if anyone else was selling it. That aside, the support team were helpful and it was resolved in the end.
