Was surprised at all the negative reviews. Have ordered from this company for years, phoning and paying by credit card. They have always been nice, and efficient.
Products have always arrived in the time they said they would, and have received many helpful things, safely delivered to my door. However, I would never order anything without checking reviews first.

SCAM company

SCAM company - do not use. My elderly sister ordered an item through them. The company said they hadn’t received an order but had taken the money. After several phone calls and constantly being put on hold I got nowhere, they promised a refund that never materialised. I spoke with a ‘Steve’, ‘Simone’ and ‘Alex’.

Just rubbish sprinkler system

Just rubbish the complete 5 setting grass sprinkler was! Cost $50 and the pressure is so low due to 3 heads on it. Complete waste of money. I should have red reviews first, and after reading them, I can't understand how this company is still able to trade! Keep away from them guys. Cheap and nasty with an expensive price tag.

Easylife Products are rubbish

Easylife Products are rubbish. I bought an Easy-read Glow-in-the-Dark Alarm clock. They sent me 2! They have glow in the numbers, however the hands of the clock do not glow in the dark, so all I can see at night are the numbers and I cannot see the time. What a dud! I also bought some bras Front Fastening that are so irritating to wear. Never again will I buy from this company!!

Took £1300 of mums money without consent

This company have been debiting my mums account every month since 2021. My mum is a vulnerable pensioner who had no idea this was being debited until I checked her bank statements with her. I have emailed and called them several times and they promise she will be refunded but it is still dragging on. They took a total of £1319.31 for subscriptions that she never requested and so far have only refunded £743.39 back to her since November last year. This company is a disgrace and I urge anyone who has experienced this to report them to the Financial Ombudsman (the name of which no members of staff or even know what an Ombudsman is, let alone who theirs is).

For and on behalf my mother Nuala Coyle.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. They called my elderly mother convincing her she needed vitamins. I returned them threatening legal action if they didn't refund her. I had to cancel her debit card as they repeatedly tried to take more money

Don’t be like me. Do your research first.

Bought two torches from this company a few years ago, somehow became a member of some rewards club.I emailed several times cancelling this. Two years down the line some company calling themselves premier club has tried to take money from my account.(Thanks to my building society blocked it.) Don’t ever buy anything from easy life. You get the goods but they try to take money from your bank.Check Trustpilot for companies Easylife,The rewards club and premier club, or get in touch with your bank and ask them for advice on this company. How many people need to lose money before they are investigated. If you work for them you should be ashamed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Criminal scammers, nothing more. My mother bought some slippers from there and was "signed-up" unknowingly to their "Mindfulness Rewards Club" trial "membership". I cancelled this using the email address provided in the confirmation letter she received. They ignored the cancellation request and started to charge my mum's credit card. I'm in the process of getting those payments reversed but they claim that the email address THEY provided in a RECENT letter is old and incorrect. Interestingly the telephone number that the Credit Card company gave me is subtly different from the one on the letter (by one digit) - coincidence? I think not.... In my opinion the directors of this company should all be jailed and the keys lost (or maybe the keys to their cells should be old and out of date).

Easylife are scamming thieves…

BEWARE OF UNAUTHORISED WITHDRAWALS FOLLOWING A PURCHASE

This review isn't about the products Easylife sells, but rather what they might do with your bank or credit card details after a purchase.

Like many other Easylife customers, I found myself unknowingly subscribed to one of their various clubs operated by sister companies. This resulted in multiple unauthorised withdrawals from my bank account when I noticed five separate charges in a single month.

I immediately contacted my bank, who described Easylife as a "nuisance company" and suggested I reach out to them directly for a refund. I also spoke with Citizens Advice, who were already aware of this issue and suggested that Easylife typically refunds the charges when confronted.

I followed the advice and contacted Easylife. To my relief, the subscriptions were refunded promptly—no questions asked however what would have happened if I hadn't checked my bank account?

Message to Easylife:
Stop stealing from your customers and pretending you don’t know what’s going on. Your practices are deceptive and it's clear from the large number of complaints on various platforms that this isn’t a one-off issue.

EasySCAM

Father in law ordered something from Easylife. Shortly afterwards got a phone call from TheRewardsClub. Could not understand a word and hung up. He is now a member of TheRewardClub and I'm trying to cancel during the 14 day cooling off period.
So far, no response. I don't believe no news is good news.

Constructive? Hahaha you only need to order a product and you'll find out!
Ordered bathroom mould spray and matress cleaning spray. What a scam! Both products not working at all.
I couldn't even be bothered to contact them or return products.

Easylife for a Hardlife!

Oh I wish I could put them down as zero stars!
After ordering and purchasing a portable pedal cycle my order was delivered without my knowledge as it had been left, outside, overnight. I only found it after an email from Easylife told me it was delivered!
Eagerly opening the parcel I realised I had the wrong item. In fact it was only then I noticed written on the box, Portable Garden Spray.
Immediately I contacted their helpline and a collection was booked for Friday, today. I received another email advising the courier came at 7.57am but nobody was at home. LIES.
Again I contacted the helpline number and after explaining that my husband and I were at home and drinking a cup of coffee we were told to hold. Then we were cut off. Yet another email from them said it would be collected tomorrow.
I have now cancelled the order.
Easylife need to get a grip on things. Their customer services are pretty poor, and that's when you can finally speak to someone.
I doubt they will worry about losing one customer but I shall tell anybody who listens not to bother with them. Shockingly bad business ethics in my opinion.

I had the same experience twice they tried to take £70 from my account .. do not order anything from this company they sell your details on to a third party without your consent and say you have signed up to a club when you haven’t signed anything at all. Once they have your bank details they carry on thieving your hard earned money .i’m livid that they play on the vulnerable

Absolute scumbags. Preying on elderly, passing details to other alternate trading name companies, random amounts getting taken unauthorised from accounts.

I believe this to be a unlawful act

This review covers The Rewards Club, The Motor Club and Easylife. All are the same outfit, but pretend to be different companies.

Their MO is as follows: Identify an old person, Get them to buy something off the Easylife catalog - Buyers details get passed to the motor & rewards club - Get cold call by said clubs. Then following some trickery you suddenly find a £65.99 charge on your credit card - even though said card expired 2 or 3 years ago. How can they do this??
After reading the reviews here, Im now worried that in spite of contacting the bank, another charge will, at some time, appear on the credit card.
How is this not illegal?
