Terrible, scammy site. When you enter your info on the site, it opens many many tabs. It is malware. Don't use it.

They are lucky I give them one star because I can’t fill this form if I don’t choice one star .anyway don’t go with this broker easyinsure they are the most garbage people no experience no one pick up the phone .and don’t go with any broker just choice insurance you be able to deal strait with insurance.but this broker easyinsure are garbage

Impossible to get a hold of anyone. Customer service is terrible. Finally got a hold of them for an address change & add an occasional driver and my insurance more than doubled (same postal code) without any explanation why. Then I was ghosted. Will be dumping them at my first opportunity.

We bought a CAA Easy insurance policy for our car. Easy Insurance ended the tie up with CAA in a year. When we went to another broker, we got a feedback that insurance is not reflected against my wifes name, despite the policy and car being in her name and she being a designated driver. Post that both CAA and Easy insurance have been passing the buck and telling us to call the other party. Easy insurance is nearly impossible to reach. This is impacting our cost of auto Insurance, as our renewal is due and these guys are sending us on a wild goose chase for giving us our experience letters. Plan to sue both easy and CAA for the incremental insurance cost borne because of their mess ups.

I can’t get a hold of them for anything and the customer service is so bad. When i finally did get a hold of them i was asked to submit a document and email it to them then they’ll call me right back but i still haven’t gotten anything back. Our policy also went up by a couple hundred dollars from what we agreed upon at first.

Never deal with them, they will scammed you and will give you very hard time,

site doesn't show accurate or current data. contact us forms don't work. emails go into the void. calls are at least an hour wait on hold. garbage.

If could give 0 stars I would...I applied for a policy ..then after checking everything they updated the policy price which was fine..I accepted the offer ..then never heard anything back from Sonia...so I realplied then got accused of fraud for doing a second quote..I will definitely be persuing a case against Sonia for threatening me and defamation aswell as the better business bureau and ombudsman office will be hearing about this place..stay away..

Sent me an email addressed to me, with a policy in my name, with a quote for someone I never even heard of, for a vehicle I never owned nor had a license for, senls asking for clarification, weeks later still no reply, would be nice to know if theyre giving other people policys in others named.... Going to report them!

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Received auto renewal and noticed it was waaay higher than years past and called EASYINSURE for an explanation. Michael called back two days later to tell me the auto and home discount wasn't applied to my quote and that he'd call me back by days end to get me a revised quote. Going on day five now without any callback/update on whether my policy has been revised to reflect the home and auto discount??? I've left messages for Michael for all five days that I haven't heard from him and still no reply and the policy will take effect in four days from now....

This experience with EASYINSURE is the WORST experience I've had with any brokerage company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME INQUIRING ON THEIR SERVICES. You'll be doing a LOT of following up because they'll leave you in the lurch. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Terrible company to deal with, they don't answer the phone and don't return calls. I tried to cancel my policy with them and now have creditors calling because they never processed the cancellation and the main insurance company they are brokering for can't cancel it without them. I have been with Easy Insure for three years and it gets worse every year - They are anything BUT easy...

Quick, thorough & totally professional - would be my way of describing the EasyInsure service. I signed up with them in 2009 and was immediately impressed with the two gentlemen - Leen & Dain Myers - who made the entire process of insuring my company and its services within a matter of a few minutes. I have dealt with other companies as well and appreciate EasyInsure all the more because of that. Highly recommended.

If I could give Laurie 10 stars I would. She was helpful, not pushy and gave me the best possible direction.

I recently had to look for an insurance carrier who could provide me with quick dental insurance where there would be no 3/6 month waiting period but rather instant coverage. After searching I came across EasyInsure. To my delight I signed up online after picking the dental & health plan that worked for me. It was the last week of June going into the long weekend and I was advised that the insurance contracts come into effect for the beginning of the month but I really needed to get insurance ASAP to deal with an ongoing problem with my tooth. I was put in touch with Laurie who heard my situation and helped to get everything done smoothly and quickly, in conjunction with a Green Shield Canada representative to make sure my insurance would be effective for July 1. I was very impressed by the speed, ease and attentiveness in dealing with my situation, and of course the awesome price. I would suggest EasyInsure to anyone seeking to obtain insurance for sure.
