Via Swapspace, Easybit held my transaction due to ID validation. After providing everything they asked for including pictures of my ID and a face scan and creating an account, they rejected my validation without explanation.
Update:
After several emails of communication, the cause for rejection was explained to be that transactions from the US are not allowed and my cryptocurrency was refunded.
My revised score increases, but I leave it at 4 stars because of the long communication process in order for me to get my money back.
The rejection email should have included the refund information.

Amazing service
Great customer service, very fast and efficient. I was KYC'd after reaching their limit. Unfortunately i am from Canada and they do not offer their services to this country. My 4 digit usdt was refunded quickly within an hour from the order being held. Transparent company. They have the lowest swap fees. Wish i could continue using them!

18 days on hold and still waiting
Hi,
I always use this exchange and it was good fast and reliable till my 2 transactions got stuck.
I made exchange from my Trc20 wallet to SOL. And back, and now waiting for 15days just to get my own funds back… I mailed them explaining that the market is bullish and I rather have my funds in usdt… got no refund and no transfer… transaction still on hold, and getting crazy about no time frame or what they will do… the SOL transferred to their wallet is already gone to another wallet… getting lost with suspense waiting for a solution…
As the market went down so hard I already lost so much in value of the coins I transferred it’s just not fair

Waiting for 40+ hours, asked support multiple times about my order status and I keep getting the answer about network congestion - which is nowhere to be found, the TON blockchain is working properly and has 90 transactions per second.
