EasyBit 

I am a verified customer whose funds have been frozen by EasyBit since March 25, 2026. My transaction was initiated through Nanswap, which routed it to EasyBit without my prior knowledge.

EasyBit immediately placed my transaction under AML and Source of Funds review. I cooperated fully and promptly with every single request, providing:

• Bank statements proving the legitimate origin of my funds
• Legal personal loan agreements
• Complete P2P trade history and screenshots
• Transaction records showing every step of the fund flow
• Detailed written explanation of the entire transaction path
• Screenshots of all conversions and successful withdrawals

Every time I answered their questions, they came back with new ones. When I finally answered everything, they said the case was forwarded to a Compliance Officer with no timeline given. It has now been 19 days with my funds frozen and no resolution in sight.

What concerns me most is not the AML review itself — I understand compliance checks exist. What concerns me is that EasyBit appears to operate without any regulatory license or oversight, yet performs indefinite AML holds on customer funds with no accountability, no maximum review period, and no formal appeals process.

Reading other reviews here, I can see this is clearly a pattern and not an isolated case. Multiple customers from different aggregator platforms are experiencing identical treatment — copy-paste responses, no timelines, funds frozen indefinitely.

I will update this review when and if this is resolved. Until then I strongly advise others to avoid this platform, especially when using it through third-party aggregators who route your funds there without full disclosure.

One of the easiest and fastest way to swap. Initially I thought it will take few hours to complete the swap; however it took hardly few minutes and I got the rates what it showed while creating the swap.

So far easybit is the only exchange with the lowest fees I have encountered so far.

My funds have been frozen by them for over a year, since November 2024. Even after submitting KYC proof of funds, I haven't been able to retrieve them. According to my initial audit record, their first audit was in August 2025. In September, they said my case was being investigated by an external agency. When I inquired about the nature of this external agency and whether there were any official documents or investigation reports, they gave no response. I already expected the outcome; they would reply with something like, "For some reason, they can't provide that," and I have reason to suspect they're just using that as an excuse to refuse a refund.
I am currently considering filing a complaint against Easybit with their wallet service provider, Binance. If you have encountered a similar situation, please join me in filing a class-action lawsuit against Easybit with Binance. The wallet addresses used by Easybit belong to Binance.
