Really professional service. Happy to invest the up front time to discuss and understand our needs and propose design solutions and options that worked for us. We are delighted with our new double kennel block and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The installation team were great - they arrived on time and were both friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

Having just got two border collie pups (instead of one) we knew we would have to have some kennels now living on a island(Orkney) i started to look and there i found Tim and easy animals but thought they woudnt come all this way well i was wrong what seemed impossible has just become a reality we now have two kennels put up in two days by two very efficient men John and Sam we are absolutely delighted with them (so are the pups) everybody who has been to see them say 5*so what more can i say only to thank Tim for taking the project on and comming all the way to orkney John and Sam for working so hard and also taking on all that driving its a long way and last of all if you want the best then its easy animals all the way what more can i say Thank you all again Philip&Diana Lockwood Orkney Island

Easy Animal / Dog Run Panels
Same company / same owners?

I purchased 3 panels and accessories from this company. No order confirmation, emailed no reply.

Phoned numerous times with no reply and eventually got through to be told "you live in Scotland, we don't deliver there".

I am still waiting over nearly 3 months for my refund.

My partner and myself have been trying to contact the company for over 2 weeks - Eventually got through to someone who said they would deliver but would contact on Monday of that week to confirm what day - Wednesday came and no contact - partner called several times and no reply, I called from a different phone number and was answered - was advised cant deliver until next week because they are busy - they had this order over 3 weeks ago - No apologies, no communication from their end. Very poor service, possible a scam? I have asked for a refund so we wait and see

Very poor service, communications and delivery.
I ordered a dog bed online but had to contact the company a week later after having no confirmation of the purchase. Poor excuses as to why no confirmation was sent to be then let down again when another week later I had to call them again as I had no confirmation of a delivery date. Again poor excuses given. I did eventually receive the bed with no notice of a delivery date. Buy chance I was in at the time. From purchase to delivery over 2 weeks. Very very poor. Won’t be using them again.

Poor quality, and completely unsatisfactory customer service. Kennel panels arrived damaged after delivery was chased. Return and refund agreed eventually. 6 weeks later we are still waiting for our refund and the panels to be collected. Ordered replacements from a different company which arrived next day absolutely perfect condition and superior quality.
Would definitely not recommend EasyAnimal Ltd.

**Edited to add ** we would have rejected them on delivery - however the driver literally chucked them out on the drive and sped off before we even got through the gate. You were notified immediately of the damage by email with the photo's, however when I chased a few days later that email had 'apparently' not been received.

High quality panels; Tim was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to collect as we were on a deadline

Excellent product and service. Love that you can wash the whole kennel, walls and all. Dogs have remained cool in the hot sunshine and great heaters for the winter. Planning to installation was fantastic. Love them and the dogs are very comfortable too.

Love this product! The whole process of ordering, delivery and installation was professional and a pleasure. Tim discussed every detail to ensure the kennel block was perfect for my requirements and the team delivered and installed with the same great work ethic and enthusiasm. The new residents (rescue dogs) love their cosy homes while they wait for their forever home.

I had a long conversation with Tim this week, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Good product, easy to build from flat pack delivery. The dogs love them. Could improve with security method for fixing to dog cage or floor slabs. Not air tight

We engaged the services of Tim and his team at Easy Animal to create a suitable outdoor kennels for our family of miniature dachshunds. Tim was able to offer his expertise and guided us on the best options to house all eight of our dogs safely in our garden. From beginning of the planning to the final construction on site Tim and his team have provided us with nothing more than an excellent service, and we have no hesitation in saying that Tim and the team at Easy Animal will do an amazing job!

Placed order 3rd March 2020, items never came, emailed them 2nd April and several times after, still no reply, phoned them no answer, so I would stay well clear off this company

I have since got in contact with this company, there was a problem with with their payment system, but once it was sorted out I received my items within 48 hours Tim was very helpful and got it sorted promptly, will be using this company again 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AVOID. This company is pathetic Only sent half the order. 2 months later still making excuses why they can’t send the remainder. They ignore the emails I send. I would Not buy from them again if they were the last company on earth. I’ve had to go elsewhere to get the rest of my kennel order. Thank god for kennel store - just wished I had gone to them originally.

Shocking. Sent a poor quality solvit car seat cover that is faulty and was given the run around by stupid staff who would ignore emails then eventually respond saying that they thought it was resolved and then continue to ignore the issue. They are so stupid and a sham rip off scamming company that take your money, send cheap worthless faulty sh* t and then ignore complaints.

Avoid this scam company at all costs.

Bad quality product. Very unsafe - moves around whilst the car is being driven. Easy Animal rejected my request to return the item, after I deemed it to be faulty and unsafe.
