customer service

Customer service was very bad.It took about 2 weeks for my order to be shipped and I was never told why, even though I had emailed them 3 times asking what was happening. I also tried phoning several times and no one ever answered the phone. Also the tracking information that was given to me was incorrect. I figured it out myself a day or 2 after I was told my order had shipped..

Overall reliable.

Email updates were timely but phone calls after placing the order went straight to voicemail and I never heard back from them. After two days of this awkward unanswered phone calls I was about to give up and demand a refund but email updates arrived and the package was delivered a day after. So overall everything panned out fine although the order got delayed by a few days as per my anticipated time frame. If someone’s sickness or personal emergency attributed to this then it is understandable and I give them 5 stars. For the day the essential medicine was about to run out, I was able to place a rushed overnight order through Amazon and our supplies didn’t dwindle.

Shipping was free through Purolator.

I trust them since when during the peak of pandemic no one had the product I needed, they fulfilled it timely and for a repeat order issued me an instant refund when their system placed the order even when supplies were not in stock.

Overall they are reliable and the person who answers the phone is meticulous and respectful.

Easy Pharma were very helpful with all my queries. Ordering for some homeopathic medicine on their website was easy. There was a bit of delay in processing my order but once done, it reached me in two days. I am a happy customer.

According to the tracking information the shipment was delivered on Sept 6th.
If you have not received the delivery, we will reach out to Canada Post and we ask you to do the same with the post in your country using the tracking code.
