As you can see your order is dated from 20 and was shipped on 24th.
Canada Post is supposed to deliver the colis within the 2 business day, but they estimate the delivery for the 31... Unfortunately this is out of our control.
Please understand we do everything possible to provide you the shipments within the 5 days.

Horrible. I advise Easy-Pharma that I choose Canada Post instead of Purolator because I must drive 19,4 km to get my parcel because I work when they deliver. So they said sorry, they will write a note that it does not happen again. Now they used again Purolator although I sent them the reviews of Purolator (so bad) and there was a note in my file to never send by Purolator. What is the point to order by internet if I must drive and take time from my work?
So they did not respect my demand at all.

Indeed there was a note on the file to send your shipment with Canada Post instead of Purolator, unfortunately this note was overlooked as we were in the rush of returning from our annual holidays and were rushing to send out large numbers of shipping in order to catch up. We are sorry for this mistake.
By the way, you request for a refund of 23,88 $ to cover your gas costs to head to the Purolator office has been processed.

Besides, I've found the same item at Body Energy Club cheaper for 53%!!! My Easy Pharma order is $75,98 while the same order with Body Energy Club would be $39.98. I am very disappointed.

After some research, it seems your order is from 28/07. Also as it is mentioned on our website, we are actualy on our annual holidays until 08/15.
As you have the same products for 53 % cheaper, we will cancel this order and refund on your Paypal account. Also this is really a great opportunity as their 120 caps packaging is cheaper than the 60 caps. So we can't align to this pricing. Clearly an error on the pricing!

As indicated earlier, we had to close our store due to the covid situation between 23rd December and January 10th.
As soon as we have returned we have expected your delivery on 14th.
Although you are living in Ottawa it doesn't change anything to the volume of orders we have received nor the sequence of handling the shipments.
Needless to see you wouldn't have to drive as we don't have a physical store.
We are really sorry to hear you never want to order from us again although we have done everything possible to handle your order as fast as possible
Maybe for future orders if you can find those products on Amazon prime you will have a different service.
